This place is great! So professional, clean, secure and easy to use. Nate was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
I wrote the above after my initial visit and just had a great experience with Shannon, so I wanted to add to my review. I had a problem with having too much stuff in the unit I had rented, and Shannon made the transition to a larger unit easy and painless. She was professional, so nice, and very efficient.
I really can’t say enough good things about this place. When you are stressed with all the problems of moving, it’s the one thing that goes right.

They limit you to parking only one vehicle even if you’re paying for their largest RV size space. My two vehicles fit in the space and don’t exceed the size but they want me to pay for two separate spaces despite this space meant to accommodating an RV size. Why can’t I use the full space I’m already paying for like everyone else??

Customer service and facility cleanliness are top notch. Property is well managed and independent so there is always a human representative on site available to help. Move-in process is seamless, all terms are clearly explained, no surprise fees or upsells. Prices are reasonable and auto pay is available.
We move every couple of years and have used various storage facilities throughout the country and LB Self Storage stands above the rest. I highly recommend!

Nate was awesome!!! We are not from California and some regulations we were not aware of for the contract. Nate made sure we knew what we needed and was patient through the process! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Pouch Storage on Cherry. They were very helpful and sweet! Thanks to Delilah and Nate for helping me out!! They were very well-stocked and the store was sooo clean and organized! Will definitely be using their services again! :)
