And like my past experience I must say, great customer service, nice clean trucks, and great communication over the phone in regards to for hand information. A fast check in and check out time. “The location is great, but the facility is very crowded with large trucks. All the vans were pre-booked, so I think this place needs to bring in more vans. Otherwise, the service was relatively smooth and the drop off was simple and quick.”

“Tay (from the U-Haul in Paramount/Long Beach) was AMAZING!!! I’m so grateful she was there to help us!! Moving is a lot, and you’re bound to forget things… I forgot the locks on our U-Haul boxes (which were already up and loaded!) Thankfully, Tay was SUPER understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! So much so that when TWO of my locks didn’t work, she gave me replacements! I just can’t express how grateful I am that she was so willing to not only bring down one box, but THREE boxes because I couldn’t remember which one wasn’t locked. So amazing!!! What started as a bad day ended great with her kindness! Thank you, Tay!!! We are so appreciative!!!”
