Note that if you call the number on google you are just sent to a call center. The hours listed on google are the access hours not the office hours. The location is not always staffed so you have to call the location specific number to make sure someone will be there to help you.

I had such a great experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Alondra! She was super friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all my options, answered every question, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. The unit was clean, secure, and exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, but that’s exactly what she did. I’ll definitely recommend this location to friends and family—thank you for the outstanding service!

Update from 2016 - can't believe I never updated this review. My stuff was stolen with no evidence of forced entry and lock was still on. Nothing was taken except music equipment (guitars, etc). Staff helped me and the cops go through the security tapes, but the range of time was too long. My personal suspicion was that the manager who had the only other key, let themselves in and took what they knew would sell. Found some of my gear at Cerritos Guitar Center and cops helped me get it back since I had serial #s. I will never use another Public Storage facility again.

Sitting outside the office during open hours now as I type this, waiting outside for someone to come and unlock the door as they have my drivers license (in exchange for a cart) and haven’t returned to the office in over 30 minutes now. I’ve called 5+ times, knocked, walked the property (of the floor I’m allowed to access). This is unprofessional, if you’re going to hold ID’s then you HAVE to have someone there to give it back. I’ve now been officially waiting 3x longer than my unit visit should’ve been.

Sarahi was more than helpful! I couldn't have asked for a better staff member to assist me. It was my first time at this location. And I felt a bit lost. She dialed everything in for me. Personally took me to my unit. Answered every question I had. And made the overall experience very relaxed, easy and nice frankly. She's a good employee. I recommend you pay her well and hang on to her. She concretes your relationship with your customers. An honest to goodness customer service experience that all others will be scrutinized by, she set the bar very high!
