This is the third time I’ve visited Public Storage to rent a unit and dealing with Jasmine was by far the best experience yet. She took the time to show me the unit I would be renting and covered everything in the rental process…payments, insurance requirements, move-in date options, etc. She also explained how the online “Hold” works, which wasn’t clearly explained to me before. Thanks Jasmine, really appreciate your 5⭐️ customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving top-notch service from the manager, Ethan, and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. Initially, I was extremely frustrated with the customer service I had received from the call center. It was always a challenge to get through to anyone, and my concerns often went unanswered. However, everything changed when Ethan reached out to me regarding a recent reservation I made.
From the moment we spoke, Ethan was not only incredibly pleasant but also genuinely interested in understanding my previous dissatisfaction. He listened attentively to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard and valued. When we met in person to finalize the paperwork for my new storage unit, I was relieved to see that his commitment to excellent service was unwavering. Ethan took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, address my concerns, and clearly explain any potential fees, leaving no detail overlooked.
As someone who works as a Quality Assurance Trainer, I have high standards for customer service, and Ethan exceeded them in every way. His empathy, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction were truly exceptional. Don't rent here if you work a regular job as you will never be able to access your storage unit since they closed at 6PM. While other storage within the area closes at 8:00 Pm or later as they know their customer works also. Don't know why this specific Public Storage closes so early. I should have checked that before renting it. Now to late
