I’ve been to this place a couple times and the work was awesome and great everybody that works here is really nice and friendly however, I was there two days ago and The lady that did my feet was very nice And I did not want to be rude which is most likely why i’m walking around, looking like this. I also added the pictures of what I expected at the end.

I love the kind people that work at Queen Nails and my nails always look really good. The first time I went I was really turned off by the aesthetic of the nail salon and did not return for a couple months. The space as a whole could use a good deep clean and a few coats of paint. I tried 3 other places in Long Beach and no one could get my nails the beautiful shape that Lena does so ultimately I returned and have been happy .

I’ve been going to Queen’s Nails for years and have always had positive experiences! They remodeled a few years ago but kept pricing fair.

1st time here and they did an amazing job! This is my nails over 2 weeks after and they still look amazing 🤩 I got the GelX. Excellent customer service, very easy to call and make an appointment, will be going back soon 😋

Absolutely love! First time getting a full set as a birthday gift to myself and they came out perfect. Love the naturalness of the shape and the french tip color. Got a cute pedicure to match! Would highly recommend! 💅🏾

She is super fast but efficient in doing what she does! She always wants her customers to feel comfortable and satisfied, i’ve been going to Queen Nails for a while now and they NEVER disappoint!!
I accidentally parked on the wrong parking spot behind their business (read the signs!!) and Lena’s husband was SO KIND enough to drive me to the towing company. This couple really puts an effort and dedicates 100% to their customers, i 10/10 recommend this nail shop and will continue to support them 🤍

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff is so rude!! I had a few broken nails and needed to get them fixed. At first they were making excuses like “we’re so busy” and the salon was empty. I asked them what time is free to come back at and they said “you can come back at 7 if you want” but they close at 7:30. It was 4pm. Then they said “we might not have the right color for you” which to I replied that I was fine with because I didn’t expect them to. Then they said “Why don’t you just go back to where you got them done?” I told them that wasn’t an option for me and they said “just go back to where you got them done so they can fix them.” So then I told them “so you just don’t want to do them then? It’s not that you’re busy right?” And she said “We are going to charge you full price (for a full set) if we fix those few nails that are broken.” Like what??? SO RUDE!! They literally refused to fix my nails, they decided from the beginning I was not worth their time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Worst customer service ever. Their salon also looked very dirty. It was my first time there.
BUT I went to Nail Studio down the block and they helped me out No Questions Asked! They were so nice and their salon was very clean. They did a FANTASTIC job fixing my nails, they look better than how they originally were. I recommend going to NAIL STUDIO instead if you’re ever debating.

AMAZING. ??? obsessed that my Long Beach local friend told me about this place. Great service great communication great nails long lasting affordable! Even though the prices are affordable I always tip heavy because these people work super hard and they do an amazing job and they don’t treat you like other nail salons. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Never had fall fall off or chip within the recent days of getting them done. Theyre patient with you picking out colors. The more you go the more they chat with you and check up on how you are. They have a lot of different design colors and accessories highly recommend this place. But please make an appointment so then I can still see them but definitely give them your business

Loved this place! I was looking for a nail store when I just moved to Long Beach, don’t even know where to go so I just picked this place after reading the review. I didn’t have much expectations but this work surprised me beyond my expectations, I really loved my nails. The service was very professional and kindly. The price was very good, all my service and tips 150$. I would definitely recommend this place to many people and come back here when I need to take care of my nails. Overall, a very excellent location for anything related to your nails.

Queen’s nail is awesome compared to all the other places ive been, nothing compares in my opinion ill for sure be a returning customer, this place is a vibe the art they do is great and the workers there are amazing!
