When the office is open at 7am, it should actually be open at 7am! The last few times, the staff didn't arrive until after 7 to open the doors. Some of us actually have to get back to work too!

Quest's system of self checkin is great if everything works well, but it would not take my state issued driver's license as ID and I couldn't check in. There is no staff available, such as a receptionist, so no one to help if your system doesn't work. I had to stand on my feet for a long time and catch one of the technicians who came out to get another patient. She couldn't make it work either but they scheduled me anyway. Quest should have a real live person to help patients, many of whom don't feel well, if there is a problem or a question.

There’s no sense of appointment system here. People who walked in are prioritized ahead of appointments. Ridiculous
