Went there for a blood test and was charged $400 because they didn't use my insurance information. I tried their online chat, messaging, and phone call and it's impossible to reach anyone. Terrible experience and I will avoid Quest in the future. It's not appropriate to take my money and have no way for me to talk to someone. I can contest it with my credit card but it's just so messy.

Tito was prompt, professional, very friendly, verified my identity, explained what he was going to do, and most importantly did not cause me any pain, or bruising when drawing my blood.

On average, Quest Diagnostics locations don't have the best ratings. Yelp will tell you as much. This was the only location that had good ratings. And for good reason! As someone averse to needles, I put off multiple blood test requests from my GP. I finally decided to go through with it and am so glad that I did it here. Tito's care, compassion and expertise are evident. I drove out of my way just to go to his location and it could not have been quicker or easier. Just make sure to book an appointment online!

Took my daughter here yesterday; it's my first time at this location and we came here because of the 5 star reviews and also the 5 min drive from my house. The famous Tito was there and he assisted us! He was super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process! This location /staff (Tito) def stood out from the rest! The customer service was superb!! I give Tito 10 stars!!!!

Tito IS DA BESTEST! Ive been coming to this location exclusively mainly due to Tito! I absolutely love him! When searching for a base Quest location for my impending/neverending labs that is needed after being diagnosed with Cancer in 2019 -waaay preCovid, i found the angel Tito. It is the ONLY Quest ofc with 5 stars! And with good reason. I almost dont want anyone else to know about this loaction cuz it might get crazy busy . 1-Tito is great at customer relations, he remembers his patients by name. And greets you with a welcoming friendly tone. (Not speaking bad about the other locations, but ive seen some pretty unsavory attitudes from some of the workers at other ofcs-bible ) 2-Efficient service, in and out quickly. Especially if you have an appt and check in at the kiosk. You're as good as in and out. Ive never been there longer than 20mins. And thats cuz the Technician working that day (Tito was off) had to explain to 2 separate elderly patients how to register on the kiosk. 3-Small waiting room -some would say thats a negative but i see it as a good thing. Less people im exposed to as an immunocompromised patient. Besides there really is no need, as patients are taken care of quickly. Minimum wait time. 4-Lots of free parking. It is also the nearest loaction to my home-so sealed the deal! BONUS! On my first visit i walked in, introduced myself and held my hand out and said you must be the famous Tito? And he said .."why, yes, Yes I am! How did you know who I was?" I told him you were the only office with a five star rating and it's because everybody loves you! Youre YELP! Famous Go see Tito! Actually -i take that back - DONT SEE TITO! there are a million other locations - GO THERE! yeah... yeah -go to the other locations.

This was my first visit there this morning. I got there 10 minutes early, there was only a person there and he was GREAT!! Unfortunately I didn't get his name, e was an older Filipino gentleman. He checked me in and he drew my blood. Great interaction and very professional. I was in and out with 10 minutes or do. He made the experience very pleasant. Unfortunately this will be the last time that I will see him due to my medical insurance is using another lab starting next. My review is based solely on this gentleman that took care of me.

My husband, Stanley, has several blood tests a year. We only go to this location because of the Quest employee, Tito. He is friendly, kind, always cheerful and he is very professional and efficient. My husband says that Tito's blood withdrawal procedure is virtually painless. It is our pleasure to commend Tito on his fine work. Quest Diagnostics is lucky to have him as their employee.

The Phlebotomist Tito did a great job drawing blood. I saw him last year for lab work too. Glad he was here . I'll stick and drive to where I feel confident , comfortable , and at ease .

Went to Quest to have a blood test taken.. weird experience. The entire system is set up with AI so be prepared to be greeted by a computer and navigate through the entire process of booking an appointment for 30 min vs what could take 3 min to check in with a nurse. That wasn't really the issue though just worth mentioning. After waiting for 20 min in the lobby, I was rushed into the room by a super frantic doctor (seemed to be the only person staffed?) to an obviously unsanitary room. As I walked in to my left was maybe 20 vials of other patients blood just sitting there out in the open like it was normal or something? The doctor clearly did not sanitize the chair when I walked in, which made me nervous about what he was putting in my arm a few minutes later. After he rushed and took my blood, I expressed I felt a little weak and uncomfortable about needles yet he got into my face and showed me my entire vial of my blood? I don't know if that's normal so correct me if so, it seemed just a little odd to do that.... Then to follow I asked for some water and he handed me what looked unsealed from his desk with the gloves he clearly didn't change all day touching the cap... ugh and I'm not even a germaphobe, the whole vibe was just off.... Afterwards he told me the printer wasn't working and to wait in the hall so I did, also taking a breather from the disorienting process, he then rushed a patient in to the room while leaving the door open and went through all the medical questions with that patient. Mind you, not sterilizing the room or changing his gloves. Disturbing. Finally, I realized the printer was probably never going to work so I hollered down the hall, " Any reason I should be waiting in here?" As I cringed to him and his new patient talking about personal information. The doctor said "Oh you can leave!" frantically. The whole thing was a strange experience and my arm has been sore for days, I went here based on the reviews and I'm now a bit nervous my results could be mixed up with someone else's based on how poorly handled everything was... yikes....
