With or without an appointment this location is one of the ones I wouldn't recommend. You will wait whether you checked in with an appointment or are a walk-in. TIP: In my opinion it's better to walk in because you will get called before appointments no matter what they say.

Very bad customer service!!!!!! I had at 8:20 appointment and I signed in at 7:50 am and waited pass my appointment time 8:20 . I get no txt message that it was my turn . It's 8:40 at this time I'm waiting inside the lobby waiting to see a employee to ask about my appointment, turns out the lady said she "called" me 3 times . Yet I heard no one calling my name They don't attend you you have to wait for them to call people to get any customer services from them. Also it's bulllshit the well txt you when it's ur turn don't do it , it DOESNT WORK and it'll be a waste of your morning so devastated people have stuff to do can't be goin back and forth wasting time like this employee was shit of help couldn't even be like I'll squeeze you in . no the bitch said make a whole ass new appointment.

The purpose of our visit was a regular blood draw, which we expected to be handled with care particularly on our infant. Unfortunately, the care provided by Andi A. fell well below acceptable standards for the following reasons:1. **Lack of Professionalism:** Andi A. demonstrated an unprofessional demeanor from the outset.2. **Rough Handling:** Andi A. handled my son aggressively when positioning him for the blood draw and rotated the needle carelessly in his arms without searching, identifying, or feeling for his veins. Such behavior is inappropriate and alarming, especially when dealing with infants.3. **Poor Technical Skill:** There was apparent difficulty in locating a vein, and rather than proceeding with gentle adjustments, Andi A. manipulated the needle in my son's arm multiple times. This caused excessive discomfort, pain and distress to my son.4. **Lack of Compassion:** Despite our clear discomfort and distress, Andi A. did not take necessary steps to reduce the trauma of the experience for my son.Given the gravity of the situation, we felt compelled to put an end to this before it was completed to prevent any further harm to my child. I believe that the behavior exhibited by Andi A. is not only unprofessional but also raises serious concerns about her competence in phlebotomy.

This visit showed a COMPLETE failure of organizational process. i was referred by my doctor for a series of fasting tests, one of which had to be done stay at 7:00AM that appointment day (Monday) I had to pick up a specimen container at this location Saturday and asked how to be assured to be seen at the required time as ZERO LOCATIONS in a 20 mile radius showed appointment availability. The technician said one has to take a chance on a walk in appointment. I asked for a manager and was told no manager is at the location Technicians supervise themselves?)Customer service is unavailable weekends according to the voicemail.I took the earliest available time (9:40) in the area but walked in at 6:50AM. I was the third person in line. I explained my situation to the tech and showed her the doctors order on my phone. She explained that is not a stat test for Quest and there was nothing she could do but I could check in as a walk in and see if “the system” would take me in. I asked if checking in as walk versis an appointment would get me in earlier. She couldn’t answer if it would.I checked in and “the system” found my appointment and locked me in without allowing for walk in. I was still third in the office. One person came behind me without any appointment or documentation and “the system” took her in first, ahead of the three with appointments. The tech came out again to get another patient. I asked her if s manager was available or if something can be done to assure I could get in before the 7:30 deadline. She answered no to both.I am on the phone with customer service and there is a longer than ten minute hold. I attempt to check in as a walk in but “the system” recognized my prior check in and kept the same time. I asked the tech again and she said “you should have made the walk in (a changed version.and took yet another person. It’s 7:20 AM so I look for a way to cancel to “reschedule” as a walk in. There is nothing on the self check in that shows how to cancel an appointment. I’m still on hold with customer service. I touch the help screen and see an option for a “stat” test. I chose it and got a number. The same tech comes out at 7:30, calls the number and states that button is for someone to come out and assist with checkin only and doesn’t indicate it is for a stat lab. It’s 7:35 and I am now outside the test window. I am still holding a cooled specimen that has to be turned in. I check the button that says I have a specimen. The same tech comes out at 7:40, calls the number and I am unable to submit that specimen until my 9:40 “appointment time”. I ask for a manager and no one is still available. I finally find a method to cancel the appointment (on a prior email).to try to “walk in” to leave the cooled specimen. The tech now explains the tech is the only one who can cancel it in “the system”.Beyond frustrated and still on hold for customer service. I leave. This entire process ruined TWO TESTS. I have to retake both tests and repeat a 24 hour specimen test. I also have to drive thirty miles to my physican’s affiliated hospital to retake them.QUEST PROCESSES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ARE DEEPLY FLAWED. THIS ORGANIZATION IS ABOUT numbers and profit, not people

Just don't bother . You will waste too much of your time being treated unprofessionally. I didn't think there was a difference, but LabCorps is much better.

I have been using this facility for 5+ years now. I am mostly just a blood draw with an occasional urine test. I always make an online appointment and am taken in on time or earlier for my appointment. I do agree with other reviews that the removal of the front desk people has in general very much reduced the customer service at this location. You can ask your technician and they will be very helpful and look things up for you but it now takes more time in the chair. The one restroom for urine samples is also a detriment to this location. If you drink water before arriving to prepare for this part you are in pain waiting for someone else in the restroom. Or if you are lucky enough to get in there you are dealing with someone else attempting entry. It is not designed for use in this manner. But as far as blood draw is concerned they are quick efficient and friendly. I very much prefer this facility and drive out of my way to go here. Thank you Quest.

2.5 is too high for the experience I had with my wife, no one in the front desk to help with customer service questions , no type of courtesy at all! There were some papers my wife and i forgot to turn in so I parked in red with hazards on while she turns it in , 25 minutes waiting for someone to ask if she needed help. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS USELESS QUEST DIAGNOSTICS center to ANYONE! Again DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!

12/09/23 First time at this facility. Just needed some blood work done. My morning was eventful. I parked by the wrong building, so had to walk a block and a half away. Then I couldn't find the entrance to the building. Had to walk back and found it on the other side of building. THEN I had to walk up a flight of stairs. Obviously I'm complaining because I'm sweating and out of shape at the moment. When you walk in, it's a small waiting room with 2 rows of chairs. You check-in via kiosk. They have 2. It requires the QR Code that's sent to you in your appointment confirmation text or email. You also need to scan your ID. Front and back. Same with insurance card. If you don't have it, you can bypass it. It'll be obtained at a later time I guess. You then go into a room with 4 drawing stations.. The nurse did a great job. Total time from check-in took 20 minutes. My experience was painless, fast and easy.

This review needs to go to the CEO of Quest laboratories. Kayla was our phlebotomist today. She is phenomenal. My son is 12 years old, non verbal and extremely strong. She was so kind and patient explaining and showing him what we would do step by step. She is an angel. She deserves a raise, especially since she has experience with special needs kids. She did not give up on us today, which saved us from having to go to millers and get sedated. She is a God send. I wish everyone was like Kayla.

The worst lab experience I have ever encountered. There is absolutely no one to speak with when making appointments. It is all done online and their system is terrible. Even the people at the quest location admitted it's terrible. I have asked my doctor to start using LabCorp and never use quest again.

Lobby is completely unmanned and kept so cold is unbearable. There is no one to talk to, I had to help some old people who were very lost. You check in in the machine and ask for pics of ID but then when then every person seeing you ask for ins card again.ñ and again. They refused to do a TB test (for my kids school) and needed drs orders

I made an appointment (recommended), arrived 15mins before, checked in on the kiosk and waited for 2kins before being called. I was out of the office in 10mins, 5mins before my actual appointment time. The nurse was very nice and got me out super fast.
