If you don’t have an appointment at this place, don’t go as a walking. Supposedly, walking is welcome, but is not. When you check in at the self check in kiosk, it automatically gives you an appointment time. Today, we got there at 8:20. We decided to wait there because we only saw 2 people waiting. We thought they were going to call us when they had no more appointment clients waiting. It was not the case. There was only one person waiting. There were 3 employers doing anything. You could see and hear they were talking and doing anything. After a while, one of them came out and told us we had to wait until 11:20 that was our appointment time. What is the point of “having walking and give you an appoitment instead’? They were not doing anything. Why couldn’t they take my daughter in? We could not go back at 11:20 because she was fasting. Don’t they know what walk-ins mean? I definitely, don’t recommend this place.

This is my lab of choice. It’s close to home, always clean and all the staff are very kind and professional.
Shout out to Diana… she is a master at drawing blood. I have the worst veins and she got me in one poke! Outstanding!

I like this location because I get good service as a walk-in very early in the morning. I can schedule online in advance also which is very convenient for me. The staff is always very good at painlessly taking the blood and getting it over with quickly.

I did not have an appointment but even so they got me in PDQ and took the sample quickly and very efficiently. I was in and out in less than about 20 min. and on my way. I'll be back again when more tests are requested.

BAD EXPERIENCE: The phlebotomists said I had to pay $35 or he could not take my blood. I explained to him my insurance covered 100% and for me to make a payment would be inappropriate. Finally after about 10-15 minutes he keyed something into the computer and said I was not required to pay anything. He then performed the blood draw, but he gave no clear explanation to the patient as to what the problem was or why he attempted to collect unnecessary money.
