I had to do a breath test and my doctor recommended this place. I made an appointment online and they had a lot of availability. The location was easy to find and ample parking. Upon entering the building, the building is very quiet. Quest diagnostics is located on the 2nd floor and they had a kiosk to check in. The wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. The first time I came here they didn't have my test but they told me to reschedule my appointment and come in the following week. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and they had my test. I was able to check in on my phone the second time and I waited no more than 2 minutes. The ladies here who take your blood or lab work are super nice. They really try to get you to get in and put. It is a small area but they are very efficient: I would definitely come here again if I need to do future lab work.

This is more aimed towards corporate but If your company has to have signs EVERYWHERE about being patient with the employees and not being aggressive you are doing something wrong. If you don’t want to hire humans to do a job because of your corporate greed, the least you can do is be as clear as possible on the phone, app and online. No mentions of what time is the latest time you can show up for walk in (has to be 30 mins before) nobody you can talk to about questions/concerns (phone numbers they have are useless) and the scan system they have in their waiting room to check in is so useless. Doesn’t scan insurance or ID correctly or just straight up not working on some days. Please hire humans. I know you guys have money.

Absolutely the worst. Nothing else to say other than try Labcorp. Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean you will be seen in any kind of order.

May 25th 2022 I got some routine bloodwork done here and they still won't submit the claim to my insurance no matter how many times my insurance contacts them to do so. It's a year and a half later now and I've gotten multiple letters from debt collectors over this amount that should have been covered by my insurance. My wife got the exact same bloodwork done on the same insurance and never had this problem.

Went in for a blood draw/screening. It's in a very old building, in the second floor. I had an appointment at 7:20 but went right when they opened. There's a tablet used to check-in and I had issues scanning my license so I skipped that part and it still let me check-in. I was seen within 5 minutes since not many other people were there yet. They were very quick with the blood draw and I was pretty much in and out. My arm hurt for a few hours after but I'm a wimp when it comes to these things. The clinic was overall clean. Not the worst experience, not the absolute best either.

Technician Andy. Female dark hair 5'2". I asked for a butterfly and she said she had another needle that was the same gauge and she pulled out a gigantic needle that was three times the size of the butterfly. I freaked out because I recognized it wasn't the same size as a butterfly and she tossed it and went for a butterfly. Please don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining!!!

Excellent service!!! I believe in rating not only the bad businesses but the good ones as well. I got 10 minutes early to my appointment at 8:20am and there was this nice person who signed me in, he was very attentive and professional. I was the only guest at that time and in 2 minutes at the most I was attended by Pauline the technician who was very professional and knowledgeable, her hand is super steady and I didn’t feel a thing other than the initial poke when she was drawing my blood. All in all a very clean lab with very friendly, nice and professional staff. 100% recommended!!!

DANGEROUS! There are no adults at this location and no manager and no security person. This is just a "puncture mill." They work the girls very very hard and give them no time to rest or any margin for error. I was treated very badly by a terrible phlebotomist, after complaining that using a butterfly would slow her down considerably, which it didn't at all, she jammed the needle into my scar tissue, where I'd asked her not to go into. I requested a butterfly becuase there were about 10 tubes to be drawn and it is terrible to feel a person holding a straight needle in my arm, jiggling around while the tubes are pushed in and then pulled out. This was very painful. She proceeded to tell me off and not tell her how to do her job. I am precisely the person who needs to tell her how to do her job not only because I took a phlebotomy course, but because I am the person she is serving. I am the one she is pushing a needle into. I am an elderly, disabled person who has had too many needles in my arms over the years from too mahy phlebotomists as I've had a chronic condition that has required constant blood draws and I've built up painful scar tissue in the most obvious places the least experienced phlebotomists go to automatically to draw from. This cruel and dangerous phlebotomist was hell bent on hurting me purposefully and then she had a jerk in the crowded waiting room attack me on my way out...an elderly disabled person who has spine degeneration and both hips replaced. Yes! This is a dangerous place. Avoid it at all costs.

No receptionist to help you check in on the kiosk, the phlebotomists are very rude, they don't let you get a word in. They are very unknowledgeable as well. She palpitated for my vein, thinking she got it. When she inserted the needle she wasn't able to get any blood she started fishing for my vein, something you not suppose to do. The only reason they get two stars is for how quickly I was called in without an appointment since walk ins are welcome. I came to this location because it was the closest to my place, next time I would rather go to a further location to get better patient care.

Worst place ever! The incompetent and rude woman poke both arms of my poor baby hurting her bad and the amount of blood was insufficient after all her suffering. I left with my baby traumatized to find a better place. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional and lazy. Isn’t a surprise that this place always have availability. Don’t go there.

Ugh.... Setting up an appointment was quick and easy so that was a plus. They send email and text confirmations. The entrance to the location is a bit hard to find as it is on the back side not facing the street. Then you have to take an elevator to the 2nd floor and walk to the back of the building. They sent a link earlier in the day for the check in process. Click the link and take a seat, you don't have to check in with a live person. The wait was about 10 minutes so that was reasonable. They called me and we went to a back room to have a seat. I know the drill, they always have a hard time finding a vein to draw blood. Also, I can't watch, I have to look away, it's just my thing but I still feel all of it. This is where everything went downhill. She prepped the left arm, did her thing and put a band aid on it. I was getting ready to leave and she said, wait, I didn't get any blood. I was thinking what? You were in there long enough! She then tried the right arm. She's there moving around, rubbing, poking, the works, right? Then puts a band aid and says she didn't draw any blood. She asked if I wanted to come back or have someone else try. At this point, both arms are in pain and I'm upset. I just left. That just ruined my day. So now I'm dead since she can't find blood. Thanks. I did see the reviews on here and should have listened, but this location was more convenient and you would THINK someone who draws blood all day would know what they are doing.... I still had to do the blood test, so I made another appointment at the Elm location. That was a total opposite experience. Go there!! NOT RECOMMENDED
