The staff are extremely rude. There isn't a front desk, just a kiosk. I had an appointment, waited for 30 minutes. When I wasn't called I asked the phlebotomist when would I be called. She said I wasn't in the system so I had to make an appointment for another time, which was a 3-4 hour wait. I showed her my appointment on their website and she still wouldn't take me in. This happened to 3 people while I was waiting. I made an appointment elsewhere and left.

The appointment system works very well. I was brought back at my appointed time, blood taken, and out the door within 10 minutes. By appointment is the only way to go.

The staff at this location are friendly and professional, but unfortunately, we had a frustrating experience. They performed the wrong blood test for my wife, even though the correct test was clearly stated in the doctor’s instructions and my wife explained it to them at the time. Because of this oversight, we had to return for another visit and redo the bloodwork an inconvenience, especially since the test was time sensitive and needed to be done close to her MRI appointment. It’s disappointing that such an important detail was overlooked. I hope they improve their attention to detail in the future to prevent this from happening to others.

Be sure to have. ID and insurance card when you come. It is automatic.

I had a very pleasant experience. I had an appointment at 10:10am. I was called in right away. Daisy the phlebotomist, was awesome. I didn’t even feel the needle! Thank you!

Staff is rude, when I asked for help with the check in process they refused. they wear the same gloves and touch everything,
poor infection control practices.
