Terrible right from the beginning. Scheduled appointment online. Got a link to check in via text. I clicked the link and it did nothing for me. A person said good morning to me but that was it. She did not offer to help me and just stood there holding up the counter. Had to check in on the computer. What happened to service?

I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.

Long Beach. Girl was amazing can't recall her name. Super friendly and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable, Quick and easy. I was in and out under 10mins. God, I wish I remembered her name. Will definitely go there again. Better than my city. I went Monday the 3rd of June 2pm. 5830 Downey Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805. Thank u.

I was very pleased when I went to quest I was in and out with no problems the technician who took my blood was very polite she's nice and friendly! Every time I go people is always nice and friendly that work at quest!
