This is not the closest grocery store to me, but it's where I shop now. There is a good selection and prices are fair. It's clean, stocked well, and has good variety. Pricing seems fair, especially if you use the mobile app and digital coupons. I don't like being approached inside the store to purchase outside products, though. (They've had a vendor booth set up in the store every time I've gone lately. Some people staffing the booth are polite but if my reply to you is "no thank you," your response should not be to try again push your product.)

As a part of the Kroger family, Ralph's can be a hit or miss depending on location. I do not frequent Ralphs and on my second trip here I remembered why. For a store doing business in 2023, why do we still have to use a discount store card? Also, the digital coupons that they make you scan to connect with the app. WHY????It would be somewhat tolerable if the app didn't log you out. I spent 6 minutes in an aisle trying to get wifi to reset password. When that didn't work I went to the register with a picture of the digital coupon and item together. The cashier was absolutely useless. She wanted a picture of the digital coupon alone? Yeah that didn't make sense to me either. Zooming in on the photo i had wasn't good enough. Finally told her to put it back because this was more laborious than I needed it to be.Ralphs store managment and corporate if you are paying attention. Your customers don't like this. Stop making people jump through hoops to spend money in your store. The end result, a hard pass on the frustration.

Came here to return an ice cream scoop that I didn't use/need and had bought for work. I had lost my receipt, but I had used the app to scan my Ralph's card when I purchased it. I was having a hard time pulling it up in my app and Marcella saw that I was having a hard time. She came up to me and asked if she could help me and I explained my situation to her. She was able to scan my card and pull it up for me. It is always a nice feeling when an employee goes the extra mile to help. Kudos to Marcella. Aside from that, the store is very clean and organized. My dad always comes here to pick up his prescriptions and comes for the manager's specials. One day he came home with a pack of avocados that he got for $1.

Robbed at Ralph's! Please beware when shopping at Ralph's grocery store! I made a small purchase of $40. When I reviewed my transactions on my online banking I was charged $249. I immediately called. I was asked for a receipt. I lost it :( I was told basically it was my fault for not keeping the receipt. I was persistent and called the store and had them review the store cameras. Sure enough the store confirmed my purchased items. I was told this happens alllll the time!? If the cashier does not close out the order some how it will charge everyone on your credit card!? No clue how this works??? I was told I would get my refund of $199.93 in 5 days. Cool35 days have passed and I still have not received my money. I called several times. They told me another 5 days. Still waiting!!! I want to warn everyone!!! Please keep your receipts and check your accounts! Even if you purchase something small!!! It seems like a scam! Zero stars Poor customer service

Definitely the most GHETTO Ralphs in the area. Always out of stuff. Never any cashiers to open lanes. Sub-standard produce.Self-checkout has 6 registers but you are lucky if three work.Save yourself the grief and drive the extra few miles to go to the traffic Circle store.

This place has always been clean over all the years it's been here. All the staff is nice Fresh frost and veg. The meat quality is always on point and there is never a shortage of carts. The parking can be a bit off sometimes but not on a regular basis. If your looking for something easy just hit the deli slash cooked. Food. Can't go ring with the fryer chicken and some wedges or a order of Mac salad yum yum to the yum yum give them a run. Thanks for always being on point guys keep up the good work.

The employees who work at the DELI SECTION of Ralphs always seem to AVOID HELPING customers. Some of the employees act like they don't see the customers standing in front of them. I've had several negative experiences. An older man working at the deli ROLLED HIS EYES when I asked if he could slice some chicken for me. During another incident, an older woman working the evening shift said the meat slicer machine was broken and that she could not help me. I had a feeling that she was lying and told the manger. Come to find out the EMPLOYEE HAD LIED about the machine and she just wanted to close the DELI SECTION EARLIER THAN SHES SUPPOSED TO. Other employees at Ralphs are friendly but DELI SECTION EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE. Ralphs management really needs to pay special attention to how the deli employees treat customers.

Stop by deli dept for cheese,slice chicken for sandwich's, the gentleman who waited on me showed excellent Customer service, may have been new employee, got my order right, Will give that employee 5 stars My complaint is with the co-worker who was not a team player, the line started to form with 4 others customers and she did not help co-worker! My main concern was I tried to speak and get her attention because A fly had enter the deli on the salad and food section and landed on meatloaf salad's and other items,finally I spoke out loudly and said it a fly in the deli comportment on the food, finally opened comportment and fly flew out Now that food is contaminated and will be sold to some unexpected person who don't now what happened If she would have not avoided contact with me, would have only had to remove meatloaf, Customer expect better and deserve better,

I shop here often. It's convenient, in and out. I've known most of the cashiers from the Bixby Knolls location before they closed. Most of all, I like the self check out when I have 1 or 2 items. And I'm always running here at least once a week to grab a sales ad so I can plan my next adventure...

Love Ralph's! I used to shop at Walmart to save a few bucks... but did I really save anything? The poor selection and long lines meant I was wasting my time running over town to find all my groceries. Ralphs may not have the best produce (hence, the 3 stars) but everything is in stock. Bonus: i won't get knifed or run over in the Ralph's parking lot!

Racially profiled in this place while shopping tonight.. a first for me where it was so blatantly obvious , and uncomfortable. . Have shopped here for decades...No more for me. Some young man who was checking groceries I caught following me and positioning himself between me, the self checkout and the front door. Like he was waiting for me to bolt. then when someone asked him for help he told them he could help them on check stand #8 which is several feet away from self checkout where I was, and there was no reason for him to be so far away from his check stand. the only reason was for him to be watching me. He then walked all the way back to check stand 8 to assist other customers. He then when confronted of course acted like he did not know what I was talking about. This place does not have to worry. I won't be back. Too many places that will welcome me and offer me assistance instead of making me feel like I don't belong in their store. Like I said not to worry. I will take my black face, and my black dollars a store that actually helps people without the following, and casing, and looking at crazy, and no talking, The behavior of these employees is directly the bidding of the management they serve. I realize that my incident is not isolated and felt by other black men who shop there, As shown in other post. Letty the manager was very rude as well when I called her on the phone. First she answers the phone without identifying herself and has tone like I am bothering her. then instead of apolgy she actually tells me I am wrong. Ok. she is just as d*** as the kid who thought he was going to tackle me while shopping. instead of automatically assuming someone may run out without paying, why don't you open your mouth and provide some level of customer service with a simple, "Hi, can I help you?" As you see my arms overflowing with groceries why not offer me a cart or hand basket? why not engage in positive helpful way. Not stare me down and take a position next to me by the front door in hopes to become the Ralphs Hero for the day. Its called customer service, they should try it sometime,. WOW. I just read a review from another man who like me is black and in his mid 50's. We experienced similar treatment in this place. I truly believe that this place racially profiles black men. Now that I have read someone with similar experience to mine. They want to do it, then a manager like Letty tries to lie out of it as if at this point in my life I don't know what's happening. After all the years and all the money I have spent in this place all the while they have been looking at me like a criminal instead of a customer and treated me as such. Not to worry, so many other stores in my neighborhood. Vons, Stater Bros, Trader Joes, Target. No need for me to subject myself to this treatment again. Don't worry Letty. I won't be back. And you will probably receive a promotion based on your nasty attitude. They seem to want people like you.
