The customer service here is great I couldn't ask for anything better the lady at the front desk is so polite and courteous I've called multiple times questions and she's answered every one of them and help me multiple times with a smile I wish I knew her name but great customer service the woman at the front desk thank you so much...

MY UNIT WAS ILLEGALLY AUCTIONED HERE, I did not receive any adequate notice. An email , phone call or letter! The auctioned it within a week after I called (sarahi) I believe that's her. She told me there was no auction being held and did not provide me with an auction date. I go up there to pay my storage balance and they tell me it's been SOLD. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS! THEY ALSO WENT INTO MY STORAGE BEFORE THIS WAS ANOTHER PREVIOUS INCIDENT THAT TOOK PLACE!!! THEY BROKE MY LOCK OFF AND THE EMPLOYEES RAN SACKED MY UNIT. I PAID FOR IT AND WHEN I CHECKED ON MY THINGS I HAD BROKEN ITEMS AND STUFF WAS MISSING THEY SAID THEY JUST WENT IN THERE TO "TAKE PICTURES OF IT TO AUCTION" YOU DO NOT TOUCH MY PROPERTY UNTIL ITS YOURS! AND ITS THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. IM CURRENT FILING A BIG LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE
