The Long Beach RH outlet is very organized and easy to shop. Andres has excellent customer service & very knowledgeable about the RH products. He went above and beyond to help me. I was able to add the finishing touches to my project thanks to Andres & shopping at this location.

Nothing like it used to be! Used to have a huge linen section and once a year had an amazing sale! I remember buying a linen duvet, sheet set for about 200. Ended purchasing a same via Amazon for even less than RH. Bummed as it was such a fun store to roam around!

We went there on a Saturday and it was pretty much full we had to wait but the wait was not bad, we were given a table by the bar, we waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to come to our table to ask if we wanted anything to drink my companion ordered a lemonade and I ordered an alcoholic beverage with an extra shot the drink was very light could not tell if there was any alcohol in it and it tasted very bad so when one of the server's came finally to our table we went ahead and placed our order the food was ok though I felt like they charged way too much for the portion sizes, when I was able to speak to one of the servers there about my drink and how terrible it tasted she offered to take it back and allowed me to choose another but that tasted like what I would imagine a wet dirty rag would taste like I just put it to the side and the waitress offers to take it off my check but she did not I imagine she probably forgot as it was a very busy afternoon the place was completely full so I understand things happen al and besides poor girl was so busy with other customers and taking orders and flirting with the guy that I came with I mean I know it's not easy taking orders wiggling your butt chewing gum and slipping your number to the person who your assuming is going to be leaving you your tip.... jokes on you I paid for that meal... ?But don't worry guys I did the right thing, I have her a nice fat tip ? I mean she has to clearly be completely out of self respect I did a good deed and tipped her generously so she can go purchase some and I left my companion that day so maybe he can help her wash some dishes.Cuzz he can't even do that right for me... so the moral of the story is that I was bummed out that I really wanted to visit Bubba Gump and it smelled so good as we walked by but I could not enjoy my meal because of the bar tenders lack of knowledge for how to correctly mix a drink how ever I do recall the food was pretty good so 5 stars for the chef but 1 star for the drinks and the slippery waitress that does not know how to stay in her place.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS, I purchased an Armoire just recently. It was labeld as a sample. It looked just like one of their regular armoire's. Unfortunatly for me the sales person didnt make it clear what a sample was. Samples are of much much lessor quality than actual production items. I didnt relize it till I got it home. Itt was in bettter lighting that I noticed all the minor detail in assembly and the wood they used, It is fiberwood, the screws cant be overtighten the board will not hold the screws. Very VERY DISAPPOINTED. $1000 PLUS TAX plus $370 shipping since it was oversized. I take full responsibilty for being an idiot. I put too much trust in RH's reputation. I guess if you want a great discount your on your own.
