The Long Beach RH outlet is very organized and easy to shop. Andres has excellent customer service & very knowledgeable about the RH products. He went above and beyond to help me. I was able to add the finishing touches to my project thanks to Andres & shopping at this location.

Nothing like it used to be! Used to have a huge linen section and once a year had an amazing sale! I remember buying a linen duvet, sheet set for about 200. Ended purchasing a same via Amazon for even less than RH. Bummed as it was such a fun store to roam around!

We went there on a Saturday and it was pretty much full we had to wait but the wait was not bad, we were given a table by the bar, we waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to come to our table to ask if we wanted anything to drink my companion ordered a lemonade and I ordered an alcoholic beverage with an extra shot the drink was very light could not tell if there was any alcohol in it and it tasted very bad so when one of the server's came finally to our table we went ahead and placed our order the food was ok though I felt like they charged way too much for the portion sizes, when I was able to speak to one of the servers there about my drink and how terrible it tasted she offered to take it back and allowed me to choose another but that tasted like what I would imagine a wet dirty rag would taste like I just put it to the side and the waitress offers to take it off my check but she did not I imagine she probably forgot as it was a very busy afternoon the place was completely full so I understand things happen al and besides poor girl was so busy with other customers and taking orders and flirting with the guy that I came with I mean I know it's not easy taking orders wiggling your butt chewing gum and slipping your number to the person who your assuming is going to be leaving you your tip.... jokes on you I paid for that meal... ?But don't worry guys I did the right thing, I have her a nice fat tip ? I mean she has to clearly be completely out of self respect I did a good deed and tipped her generously so she can go purchase some and I left my companion that day so maybe he can help her wash some dishes.Cuzz he can't even do that right for me... so the moral of the story is that I was bummed out that I really wanted to visit Bubba Gump and it smelled so good as we walked by but I could not enjoy my meal because of the bar tenders lack of knowledge for how to correctly mix a drink how ever I do recall the food was pretty good so 5 stars for the chef but 1 star for the drinks and the slippery waitress that does not know how to stay in her place.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS, I purchased an Armoire just recently. It was labeld as a sample. It looked just like one of their regular armoire's. Unfortunatly for me the sales person didnt make it clear what a sample was. Samples are of much much lessor quality than actual production items. I didnt relize it till I got it home. Itt was in bettter lighting that I noticed all the minor detail in assembly and the wood they used, It is fiberwood, the screws cant be overtighten the board will not hold the screws. Very VERY DISAPPOINTED. $1000 PLUS TAX plus $370 shipping since it was oversized. I take full responsibilty for being an idiot. I put too much trust in RH's reputation. I guess if you want a great discount your on your own.

We finally took the time to visit the RH outlet in Long Beach. Have been wanting to check it out for a while now. It's a very large space, two levels. A huge amount of dining tables and couches. It really is mostly very large pieces. I found a great deal on a mirror and a very nice area rug. The staff was nice and helpful, but they didn't hover which I appreciated. It is a place you can score a good deal on random items. I would go back.

I wanted to commend the staff at the RH Outlet Store in Long Beach. I bought 3 great items there with the help of Desiree and Jason, and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Unfortunately, one of the items wouldn't fit in my elevator. Jason worked with me to resolve the situation and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attitude during the whole experience. It's easy to make a sale on something a customer has fallen in love with, but much harder to navigate a customer experience when things don't go as planned. Kudos to Jason and the staff at the RH Outlet Store in Long Beach!

They don't keep commitment to customers and don't own up to their mistakes.I exchanged texts with their store associates Saturday afternoon before leaving home to pick up a chandelier they said were 'holding' for me. When I got there after a 90 minute drive they the 'on hold' chandelier was in their check out counter being sold to another person.I asked for an explanation and they said they only hold for 2 hours. Well yeah 90 minutes is less than two hours and if you were not going to hold it you should have told me so I dont waste my time after waiting months for the item.They said there was a confusion as the associate who was holding the item for me was a different associate from the person that exchanged texts with last so this was a mistake.I understand confusion and mistakes happen but not owning up to it and providing an acceptable resolution.They didnt even attempt to explain to the other customer that this was an item being held for me.I expect for a response and resolution from RH's store manager on this matter.

Stuff is super damaged and nearly same price as new!Since everything in RH is expensive, it makes zero sense to pay retail price for damaged items. Please note, this is not a review on RH itself (love their stuff) but the outlet, no good deals here!

If you are a fan of Restoration Hardware, you really need to get to this location in Long Beach. It's very large and has two stories of the most exquisite and beautiful furniture...at great prices. Mind you, it is not cheap and that's for a good reason ... their furniture is top-quality and made but the finest of materials.This location is one of their warehouse locations and they have lots of items that are discontinued or have not sold in their regular stores. This doesn't mean you're getting used seconds, everything is brand new and beautiful. They have some great buys and if you really take time to look you will come across them. Chandeliers, headboards, cabinets, nightstands... On and on. Even there linens are absolutely exquisite and discounted.We found a beautiful table, light, metal frame with crystal, originally $560 and we purchased it for $140. Wow, did we get a fabulous purchase. We also purchased linen curtains, discounted from $1200 down to $200! Make sure you have a good amount of time to look around because it is well worth it. This location is definitely my newest obsession!

Beware of applying of using RH issues credit card. Do not waste $175 annual membership fee on becoming a RH member. I am a member and I have a RH store credit card. Made over $4000 purchase in June 2022 at Long Beach RH outlet, website clearly stated purchase well qualified for special financing, 0% apr for nine months. I was charged 24.99% interest rate the first month already. When I found out it was 60 days after purchase and the bank said there's nothing they can do. Merchandise itself is fine,'it's not brand new since this is an outlet. But do not use their credit card or you'll pay a very high interest rate.

Overpriced junk furniture that does not last long. Our dining table from Ikea lasted longer. What a waste of money. The stain started wearing down after 2 months on a wooden dining table. I could’ve built a similar one in my garage. Don’t waste your money.
