Empty shelves and almost no employees. The company isn’t doing great financially, but I don’t get why they would keep this store open if you can barely find anything or anyone. The only thing worth going to is the pharmacy.

I really really do not understand this store. Like I'm grateful it's here because it does have some essentials but you could fit everything in here on a single row. Why do they never have anything in their freezer? Why do they only have one ice cream flavor? Why are most of the shelves empty? There's not a grocery store really close to here so if they were running it right they could probably do really well as being one of the only walkable places in Belmont Shore. If you need ibuprofen, they'll probably have it. If you need anything else, who knows.

Truly cannot recommend this pharmacy, besides long long times and poor service, I’ve had some truly unique inconveniences from my time as a customer. My final straw was a recent issue with my prescription. For a 90 day supply they gave me 26 pills. I called to see if they would correct this and they would not. This forced me back into the doctor’s office and to pay for a refill out of pocket. This was a time consuming and expensive endeavor on my end to fix their error and could be a genuine emergency for those with life saving prescriptions. Please avoid the pharmacy for your sanity, safety and money.

The shorter woman wearing her hair wrapped up in a floral bandana working at this Rite Aid location the night of 4/25 at 7:30pm should NOT be working there. My 4 year old & I were the only ones in the store while this woman made a scene by SCREAMING at my daughter across the entire store to “stop touching everything”. We were looking at shampoos together, putting them back on the shelf neater than they even were before. My daughter asked me “why did she yell that to me mommy” as she was scared and confused. How do I explain to her nicely that a psychopath works at Rite Aid? That lady should be ashamed of herself and should be taught basic manners if not fired. Absolutely disgusting.

So funny story, but not really.
So I had to get one of my prescriptions transferred from my rite aid, to the rite aid on 2nd Street.
So I drag myself over there after work and I pick up my prescription and as I'm going by I stop at the ice cream which is well lit on full of ice cream and appears to be in working order... So as I wait for service a cashier and her manager not sure notices me and from across the room yells oh I screams closed today... Can't really say if it was or if it wasn't there were several people there I do feel strongly that she just didn't want to have to go over there and attend me, so she said ice cream was closed. I don't think I've ever been somewhere where the lights are on everything is running and ice cream is closed, usually they'll have a sign or something posted or it'll be dark or there won't be ice cream in the freezer or its covered. As far as the ladies in the pharmacy they were very nice.

I don't go here anymore. No communication skills with Leslie the day time pharmacist. Some retraining might help for better patient service.

I really want this place to be better and do better. But they never do. They're perpetually understaffed, so don't come here unless you have 30 minutes to spare (longer if you need something behind a locked cabinet). They're also perpetually understocked of most items. Atp, I only come here to get Fiji water. And sometimes they don't even have that!
