Most of the workers act like they don't want to be there. Only a few are actually helpful. At the front one of the workers audibly sighed deeply when checking receipts at the front. They acted pretty annoyed with everything.

I love Sam's club they have good quality in everything. The sushi is great for me so try it. Kombucha is only $16 the six pack when in Costco a six pack cost almost the same with version with a lot of sugar and less product.

This is strictly for their Cafe. They have the worst production process! They have only ONE person preparing the orders and they do the orders in the exact order it came in. Even if you order ONE churro, it'll take 20-30 minutes to get it because you have to wait for all the orders before you. The system is so inefficient! The guy who was preparing the orders was extremely slow and I saw him trash at least 5 slices of pizza because he grabbed the wrong one. What a waste and horrible process. They can learn a lot from Costco or any fast food production process.

Your people and service are excellent at the tire center. They are helpful and patient and look for the best deals for you. After being left on the side of a freeway by triple A services, who never showed up, a helpful officer Thomas had a free highway service come and change my flat to a donut tire.Adam at Sam's was great, got my tire changed for a decent price and got me on my way, even though it was almost closing time. He saw how distressed I was and did what a good service person should do, serve. Thank you Adam, you're the best!

The pizza is good here. Not oily. They have a couple different topping options. For $2.49. This also comes with a soda. There are not that many tables available to sit at so you can eat it as they are all inside the place.

I love this place! The customer service is outstanding,10/10 I shop here all the time. I especially love the app, I walk in and walk out with no problems. I've also had my tires completely replaced here at a really good price. The food court does have long lines on the weekends only. Which is expected. For all those yelper's giving Sams club 1 stars based on the line, you suck! LolThey always have amazing deals. Sams club over Costco any day!

We recently visited Sam's Club in Long Beach, CA to take advantage of their $10 membership promotion and had a great experience. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by Rennel from member services. He was extremely helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. The food from the Cafe was also a standout. It was hot and fresh, and my kids absolutely loved the pizza pretzel and churros. I also had the hot dog combo, which I found to be better than the one offered at Costco. Additionally, Sam's Club had a better selection of fountain drinks. My only minor complaint was that the seating area could use a little more space. During meal times, it can get quite busy and crowded, which can make finding a place to sit a bit of a challenge. One thing to note is that the majority of the items available are manufacturer branded, rather than store branded. While this may be a preference for some, those who are looking for more store-branded options may need to search a bit harder.Overall, I still found a great selection of products available at Sam's Club, and the quality of the items I purchased was excellent. So, if you're looking for a great shopping experience with friendly service, fresh food, and a wide range of products to choose from, Sam's Club in Long Beach, CA is definitely worth checking out.

Sam’s gas can I say more. Come at the right time and no wait and done quickly. Come at the wrong time. Well that’s another story.

Fourth of July $8 annual membership promo Having never been a member of a club store, before, when I heard about the Fourth of July $8 annual membership promo at Sam's Club, I figured why not? I've been a customer at Costco's food court, back when it was open to the general public, and I've been inside the store a couple times. Knowing Sam's Club would be a similar facsimile, thereof, I highlighted what having a membership entailed-- discounts at the Sam's Club gas station- samples- cheap pizza, hot dogs & more at the food court- bulk merchandise Trying to fill up on gas, I discovered the lines to be the same at Costco gas stations. Fortunately, my go-to station is usually only 5-6 cents more per gallon, without being insanely busy, which would nullify any gas savings I'd get at Sam's Club. Shopping-wise, I found some good deals on rice, extra virgin coconut oil, etc. I've only seen 2, sometimes 3, sample stations operating at a time. While nice, I would prefer at least 1 more. I love my samples. I'm a self checkout guy, and I've utilized Sam's self checkout lanes, minimizing time wasted in line. The food court has several different types of pizza, of which I usually go for the supreme. Hot dogs are good, too. Unfortunately, Sam's Club doesn't have the onion chopper gadget that Costco's food court has. I would load up on onions, back in the day. Seating is also minimal. Call yourself lucky if you manage to snag a table. The biggest positive to my annual membership would have to be the complimentary tire pressure check & fill. I simply have to pull up to the last shop bay, and an associate at the tire center will fill up my tires. The tires I currently have don't fit with the air compressor I've use at home for decades, so I'd have to fill my tires at gas stations. At Sam's Club, I can shop for savings on bulk items, try a few samples, have a cheap meal from the food court, and then have my tires filled before going home. Now, that's winning! Sam's Club recently raised their rates for annual memberships, and it's up in the air if I'm going to renew come next July. However, for an $8 annual membership, I believe the benefits far surpass the price of admission. I've enjoyed being a member, thus far, and am hoping Sam's Club will have another promo for renewals.

We are celebrating my daughters 6th birthday in her kindergarten class this week and I placed an order for cupcakes with my local Vons and then got an email from the teacher that we had a miscommunication on the date and asked if we could move it up to tomorrow. I called Vons to see if they could move up my order and they couldn't. I called Ralphs, Albertsons, everywhere and no one could help and they were pretty rude about it. My friend got me a Sam's Club membership for Christmas this year and she said girl call Sam's! I did and the lady at the bakery said typically they need more notice but she was willing to help me. I placed an order for 30 cupcakes this late morning and then picked them up today after 5pm. I don't know her name but her kindness really touched me! It's just cupcakes but this was true customer service, something that is really hard to find these days! So thank you sweet lady at the bakery!
