I came in yesterday morning and a very kind young lady helped me out I believe her name was seana or something close to that. She was attentive and knowledgeable with a glowing personality.

Walked inside for a return and the men at the register made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Spoke in a very patronizing way. Not a respectful vibe at all. Thank goodness one woman was around to help. Homeless people with their pants almost to their ankles outside.. Terrible experience

I just want to send a huge Thank You to DJ who went out of his way to help me yesterday. As a project manager that deals with customer service all day , I can tell you that the way I was treated at the store yesterday is beyond pleasant. I can honestly say, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone take care of you like they actually enjoy to hell the customer. I also want to thank BrIan he was also very helpful and friendly. There attitude and vibe will definitely have me coming back to there stores thanks again for the great customer service that is hard to come by..., now a days.
