Pet owners beware! The office staff at this vet clinic are incompetent and rude. The staff lacks professionalism and empathy. Every time I called, I was on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. And each time they answered, they could not find my information even though I had just been there hours before. However, they were very quick to charge us over $6000 for treatment that they never added to our signed estimate. The office manager and the rest of the front office staff were exhausting to work with. One front desk woman gave us attitude every time we came in with my dog. Again, awful demeanor. The cherry on top was when the same front desk woman began speaking loudly and negatively about the doctor in front of the clients in the lobby. Amazing that this place employs staff like this. I will say this, Dr. Atalla was a very kind and understanding vet. She explained things thoroughly and provided options for pet care. She is the only reason I did not give a lower rating.

They are so good with my 2 exotic cat's. The vet really cares and they are affordable. I love this vet so much

I highly recommend this place we take our puppy here every time for his shots and staff is just wonderful they get things done quickly here.

I like that they're fast when you make an appointment, I'd give a 5 star for that reason but I feel like all staff avoids talking to you, they don't explain what you need to do next with your pet nor when your pet needs to go back etc... Parking space is ridiculously small, don't like that you don't get to go in with your pet but overall if you're looking for a quick pet clinic this is ok.

I have been to this place twice and my experience was good the staff are very helpful when you call them if you have any questions. And the waiting time is shorter than other places I love that they get things done quickly. I highly recommend for shots! Teddy has no issue after his shots.

This Vet has been great I am most pleased with their boarding I been to other Veterinarys and they take you for a ride and take your money problem is not solved bring your pet back for this and that all their doing is taking your money and of course we pay because we love our furry babies. I stopped going to them I found Signal Hill and l was pleased the Vet new just by looking at my Chihuahua what she had took one test and she was right put her on a medication and hopefully my furry baby will have more time with me.

Can only speak to the non anesthesia dental cleaning, but I was very happy with the service and the price ($175)!

Let me first say this is not my normal veterinarian and let me tell you why. My little Maltese had torn her dewclaw nail and her Paw was quite bloody. I couldn't get in to see my normal vet, so I called the next closest one. I made an appointment for 2:00. My husband took my little dog in at 2:00. Well it seems the doctor goes to lunch from 12:00 to 2:30 so he sat there until 2:45 waiting to be seen $305.00 later, they brought her out and said we could take her home and she needed a bandage on her foot but it would be an extra 47.00 I just about lost my marbles. I pulled the doctor aside and I told her I didn't think it was right. I just spent $300 and now she wants another $47 to put a Band-Aid wrap on my dog's foot. These people don't care about your animals, Horrible customer service all about the bottom line I'll stick to the Broadway Pet Clinic.

DOES NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR JUST TO LEAVE A COMMENT..
I took my dog to get shots on 7/23/24...the man who took her back snatched her out of my arms..I had to correct him about that and I was very nervous about how she was being treated in the back..as we were about to leave my dog shakes and anal glands go everywhere in my car..I went back in and asked what happened and why they did not tell me or clean her up before bringing her out..one of the employees said it couldn't have happened that fast..I said that's a lie because we had not left the parking lot yet and why would I be upset for no reason..I told them that they should let people know that that may happen after getting shots..I am licensed pet groomer I tell my clients all the time that if the dog stresses it may express their anal glands..the place is run down inside,outside and the staff is very very rude which is not good especially towards someone like me..I definitely made it known that I was upset after the comment from the employee...they are very very unprofessional and i made it very clear that if anything happens to my dog I was gonna take legal action..I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK I WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING VET SERVICES..I AM ALSO GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB..

Started bringing my puppy here as soon as I got her and overall pleased with the service. I love that they are open for weekend appointments especially when I'm unable to take her during the week. Also, they have no issues with me arriving early than m scheduled appointment tome. Service is quick and easy and happy with each visit so far!

I came here because my dog had bad diarrhea and of course as a dog lover, I was concerned they came back with this list of things that needed to be done to the dog so of course what do I do it and I tell him go ahead. She got two shots she got medication she had a poop test done. All this cost me $550. why did my dog get shots not knowing what she was there for why did I get medication not knowing what she had they assumed because I told her these were her symptoms. They did the same thing to she declined half of the stuff because I told her don't do it till she has not received. they want you to come in every year for vaccination when it's not needed they want her to come back again next year for her rabies where the rabies are given once every three years be aware of this place.
