My very first mattress post college was from Sit n sleep and I loved it. But when it was time to get a new bed recently, I decided to opt for a different mattress company because they were having a sale, but after my sleep trial was up I had to return the mattress, it was awful. I decided to visit Sit n Sleep and look at their selection. Instantly Nicole helped me find the perfect mattress and even set me up with the bed match technology they have. On my first trip in I felt very take care of and learned a lot about beds. I also spoke with Kevin a few times after that regarding the mattress. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of by them both. I pulled the trigger and got a King Koil Rosewood bed- one week in and I'm having the best sleep so far. THANK YOU to both Nicole and Kevin- having good sleep is life changing, I really appreciate the care and time you took to help me!

I have dragged my husband to Sit n Sleep about 3-4 times looking for a new mattress. We always dealt with Nicole Padilla at each visit. She would explain so many things about the various mattresses and answer the numerous questions we had. She was never pushy and always patient. We have finally settled on a purchase and are super happy with the customer service we received. Nicole's a gem! Give her a visit!

I’m so happy with my new bed, fingers cross this replacement will last us for the next 10 years. The store manager Nicole was so patient and kind. She answered all of my questions and made sure I left with the mattress that I felt most comfortable with. I really appreciate all the help!

We visited Sit n Sleep in Long Beach 3 times in the last few months. We worked with Kevin, Nicole and Mike. They were all super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. They all made us feel comfortable working with each of them. They work as a team! We finally decided to go with a split ca king adjustable Tempur Pedic and a Purple pillow. Mike helped us with financing and and it went quickly and smoothly. Our bed is supposed to be delivered in just 4 days. We are so excited and highly recommend the team at the Long Beach store.

Great experience. No pressure to buy, variety of price points and a good number of mattresses to test. Our rep, Nicole was very helpful and explained features of different products which helped us decide what product was right for our needs.

Kevin made the buying experience exceptional. Very knowledgeable, patient and sincere in wanting us to find the right fit for a bed and not just try to sell me something! This is my second Tempur-pedic purchase from sit and sleep and everything from walking in the door to delivery and set up met and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location in Long Beach if you were in the market for a new mattress as they have a ton of options, easy parking and clean, well maintained faculty. 6 stars!

Kevin obviously enjoys his work & his industry; he knew exactly how to help people figure out how to shop for a mattress; he accurately steered us away from what we thought we wanted, into something that worked a lot better. It was easy for him to explain all the normal mistakes we were about to make. He also could easily explain reasons (& how unusual they were) to go with the most expensive options. We were quickly able to figure out with Kevin's help that the clearance option was exactly what we were looking for, so the price was unbeatable.

We bought a mattress and frame from our local sit n sleep after shopping around. We really dug the original frame we purchased but once it was delivered the frame stuck out over 6 inches from the mattress causing a painful shin buster. Truly a horrible design and after looking at the other options almost all of them had the same shitsuation. We found one online we dug and reached out to the sales rep who helped us out. He said to take photos and describe in an email why we weren't satisfied with the original purchase. Even though the contract said we couldn't return it the sales rep fought for us and got an exchange thankfully. Total pros over there but buyers beware. It's worth taking a tape measure with you when you go shopping for a mattress and frame because what we saw and liked in the store was nothing like it was in real time in the bedroom. We learned a lot from this experience and hopefully we'll remember this scenario on our next purchase years from now

Nicole Padilla the manager gave us excellent customer service. We used a sensor to figure out what kind of firmness we needed, and she gave us a good deal and the mattress was delivered very quickly.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I was not rushed. They had a really cool machine that helps you understand what firmness you need. The delivery text was an excellent process. Could see exactly were they were in the map and when they would arrive.

Nicole was really helpful and pleasant to work with. The store has a wide selection of brands. I wanted to be able to explore and try all options and found this to be a great place to do so. I got a great deal on my purchase too!
