Prices are out of control. $20 for a sweater, $100 for a jacket. Very unorganized and dirty. Ridiculous.

So store manager GABY told me that employees are allowed to shop when they get out of work. But she didn't answer my question I ask her so employees are allowed to put the best stuff on the side for them selfs? She then said again only the items are priced. So I guess the employees have first picks on items that arrive then actual paying customers.Am done coming into this businessSince GABY PREFERS HER EMPLOYEES OVER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS STORE FOR MANY YEARS.

So I'm from out of town and found this little gem driving down the street let me tell you thrift stores have not had these prices since 1999 the staff treat you more like a family member than a customer I highly recommend if you're in the vicinity to please check this out like I said they have unbeatable prices majority of the stuff looks brand new you're not going to be coming shout out to Yuri her customer service alone will bring me back

Used to go here often and find fun or useful stuff at good prices. Lately it's been crazy overpriced.I usually wait til they change the tags for the discount. I saw an item I was hoping to get and waited 3 weeks. Came back and the tag was different. I was told by an employee that some of the items tags get "refreshed" so they won't be discounted. Okayyyy so that was a lie.My wife saw a cute dress. Shows me the tag. $60. Wow.Later on saw a nice little chair, with no sticker. I asked an employee for a price and she google image searches it and says "least I can do it $250". FOR A CHAIR?! This was so shocking to me that I emailed the head office. Never got a response. Well that's that I said.Anyway, I don't go here much anymore.

Clothing and some housewares are very overpriced. Wornout throw pillows for $9 each. Many shirts for the same price. It has a really nice space and it's huge, but these are some high prices. There is a whole area for books and a small parking lot in the back.

Way overpriced.bThis was one of my favorite thrift stores not long ago. $5.99 for a shirt bought for $5.00. $8.00 for a pillowcase. $25.00 for a jacket with s broken zipper. I saw several people leave without buying anything. The "needy' cant afford to shop there. Very disappointed.

I was in shock when I visited this place to get a t-shirt in an emergency before work. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the prices on their used garments; a raggedy sweatshirt for 14.99 and not on sale. "OUT OF THE CLOSET IS THE PLACE TO GO".

I try to be fair to thrift businesses, but this one is not my favorite place that I've gone to. Good cause, though. The store has a security guard which makes the places vibe off, and a lot of low end home items and Knick knacks. The jewelry section needs to be repriced, because 30 for a small broken silver brooch is not it, and 20 for necklaces missing stones is not it either. Lastly, place definitely smells funky, more then the thrift store average.

Store employee freaked out on me and then told me to fight him after he got off work. What a guy, then his boss didn’t apologize or say much. Noticed he doesn’t work there any longer.

$79 for a non brand polyester torn sweater! This place is ridiculous. It’s more affordable to go to the mall and buy new clothes. I won’t be wasting my time here again.

Unfortunately our family can no longer afford to shop here. It’s so upsetting to see the enormous price increases. A baby onesie at $15? That’s been used? A womens t shirt for $26? These prices are so unacceptable for a thrift store. A thrift store is supposed to be a store for the local community to shop at and I don’t see how they can continue with this. The racks are overfilled and it’s for obvious reasons. Saw multiple people in the store be upset over the prices and leave empty handed today. What about the person that’s looking for a button up to wear to a job interview but can’t afford to shop at a regular store? Now they’re having to pay $17 for one? What about the families that literally need to buy their children clothes but are having to pay $15 for a used and dirty baby onesie? This is so unacceptable.
