I don't know what in the world is going on at these Spectrum Stores but surely there is a short fall in communication. A week later after my visit there I had to call Spectrum on the phone to understand why I didn't receive the second phone. Why? Because it wasn't a free phone as I was told in the store There was no free phone. Customer Service out right lied.

I like spectrum for my Internet service. I just really hate going into the stores to associates have no sense of customer service and they talk and treat you like they were treat their friends at a party. I've been waiting to pay for my mom's bill for well over 30mins.
Then again customer service Bautista saved the day by informing me that he'd able to save me some money. This rating went from 1 stars to 4.
Again over 30 mins waiting to pay a bill,
why?
Update as of May 30th 2025 I got an upgrade for my service that was sold to me at about $10. When I got the bill the charge was $22 and the rep who sold it to me told me -Julian- well over a month ago, he'd lower the amount to $10 but never happened. So far it's been disappointing/headache dealing with Spectrum.

I had ordered my internet online. Apparently, there was a problem finding a tracking number. Customer service advised me to go to pickup equipment at the Spectrum store. The person who handled me seemed annoyed with the whole situation. While he was helping me, the other employees were cussing outloud in front of customers. I guess I was more annoyed when I got home. I was missing a cable to hookup my internet. Was he supposed to offer me everything? Who knows..

Beware of buying anything from Spectrum in general, besides their home or business internet services! They will upsell you devices like the Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite tablet, which runs so slow to the point of being unusable, but when you bring it back to this location well within 30 days to try to exchange for a new unit or get troubleshooting help, all they do is either provide lip service and/or give actual incorrect information regarding these devices tied to their own mobile phone plans. Now I have a useless device collecting dust after Samsung let me know just how stuck I am with it.

THIS IS A BAD COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. AVOID SPECTRUM AT ALL COSTS. AND WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT GET SPECTRUM MOBILE!!!!!! DOES NOT WORK AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Malana and Joanna were so helpful. They assisted on setting me and my daughter up with new phones. The transition was quick. Customer service was great. They do not accept cash. Parking outside was plenty

The worse store. I been there there 7 ppl working on, and 2 customers but they do not give us a promptly attention because they said they need to wait for they own waiting list to let them get the next person, but was 7 ppl working and 2 customer, wath is the point to make in US waiting for 45 min each customer??. I totally cancel my account with them, no one deserve this terrible services. They got the worse internet, the wors ppl working on the stores too.

This is an amazing store! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional!! I never dread going in to pay my bill. (I can do it online, but when I'm in the area, I stop by and take care of my bill. ?
