My father's phone was stolen. As such, he lost access to his text messages and email. We went in to activate an old iPhone. Nico provided EXCELLENT customer service. He was able to program and install a physical SIM card to activate the iPhone. This allowed me access to restore his email and reset his passwords. Shout out to Nico for taking the time to listen and provide a solution. My father and I greatly appreciate the customer service.

I'm really not happy with their dishonest, especially that price guarantee thing. They increas the prices after couple of months. Plus, it was a total pain to cancel the contract, like a two-hour phone call. Seriously, don't even sign up with them!

They are located on the busiest street.. Pine,and there is scarce parking, very long wait times, I arrived around 5:00 pm, and they only had two techs working..

I really don’t like the way they go about doing the phone upgrade process when you’re upgrading early. I had an associate help me out yesterday and just the way she acted and talk to me. I didn’t really like I think that this person may be used to getting judged by people. I don’t judge anyone for what they look like however, I will judge you by the way you talk to me the people in these stores don’t have training. They talk and treat you like they would act when you’re at a party with friends. you can’t call the number you can’t check the stock so this lady took my ID made a picture turned off certain things on my phone settings all to find out that she doesn’t have the phone that I need to stop complete waste of my time

Without a doubt the most ridiculous experience. They watch me walk in and wait in line for them to tell me I need to put my name down on a waiting list once I get to the desk . The customer service was just awful. The lack of energy and communication makes me wonder how anyone can get hired these days . Your job requires you to effectively communicate and speak to people .
