We walked into storquest as Maria was walking out. She reopened the door instead of asking us to come back. She took her time showed us the unit and we where able to get a unit to fill our needs. We were not rushed and then she went on her lunch. Great customer service.

I stopped in to inquire about a storage unit and Maria was super attentive and patient with all my questions and took time to find out what I needed. DJ was equally awesome when I came in the next day to secure my unit. Great service and the facility is clean. Thanks!

DJ was the best! She is very professional but also a genuine sweetheart. She took her time to clearly review all the details of signing up. Definitely the most welcoming storage experience thus far and the location is very convenient and well kept.

Love this storage location! It’s super clean, conveniently located (right off the 405) and the staff are all incredibly friendly…but I have to say, Dereka (DJ) is the absolute BEST!!

This facility is super clean and well maintained. The facility manager is pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have rented from this location; our first time was short term situation. Currently, (and in the past as well) we are and have been completely satisfied with the staff and their customer service, the property/ site, maintenance and more. Their rates are good and are a value for what they offer as far as security, cleanliness, access hours, etc.To Maria and staff:Thank you for your hard work. You guys are doing a great job and it shows!

I Love StorQuest Self Storage in Long Beach at 2911 Redondo AveLong Beach, CA 90806.We have used this storage facility for many years. “Maria” not only helped us many years back , but was there to help me again when I started a remodel, and needed a few more units, to store my stuff. She’s the best! Friendly, informative, and so very kind. Moving is stressful and exhausting.. Maria makes it easier to get things done. I feel safe storing my “life” really, at StorQuest. The units are clean and protected. I love that they have security cameras and that everyone who comes through the gate must be accounted for. I’m grateful for StorQuest and for Maria. Staff is amazing … and feeling safe is everything! Thank you StorQuest!
