My experience with Secure Space is good.
It’s simply what it is . That kind of simplicity makes Storage rental less of a grievance. Everyone understands that as a point you’re storing stuff but now becomes worth a fortune because you’ve just ported all this money into it and I’ve been with this serious space for I don’t know . I would have to ask them 10 years anyway I just emptied my last storage unit that I had there and frankly would still be there had they had a 20 x 10 when I had moved into the 10 x 10 I can’t say much about the group that handled the complex before security space took it up, but Secure is a better company. I think I don’t know if it’s because they have longevity in larger span of units but all in all it was good experience when your space took over Storco. Anyway, I recommend this place interior. Indoor units are really clean no stairs All one floor

Had to find storage last minute which has been super stressful. After visiting several self storage options, we met Liz who was super friendly and helpful. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions, which is a lot more than I can say for other companies we visited. After we got the tour we decided to lock it in. Thank you for taking the biggest stress out of this transition!!

Needed to get a new code for the gate. The representative was able to get me my new code with one phone call. In my book that is perfect costumer service.

If there was a negative star review I would choose that. I got a space here and was told that I’d have a drive up space but then when I went it was not. And that all their drive up spots were taken. I even paid ahead. So now I’m trying to get my hard earned money back but nothing is happening.

The experience was good. The staff always friendly and responsive. The cost and constant raising of prices on the units was the absolute problem they priced us out. Also I emptied one of the units Aug. 15, 2025, a month ago and had a refund coming. They said that would take 2 weeks. It has been a month and when I call the office they says its been approved but not mailed. Still trying to get it as of today. Sept 10, 2025. Changed my opinion of them. Got it on 16th.

I don’t like that you make your customers buy a lock for $22.00 when you can buy the same lock for $12.00. Not only that but you charge your customers extra for walk in reservation as opposed to making reservations online 🤬🤬‼️

This is a great storage place and I was very grateful to the woman working the front desk whose name I forgot ...... terrible and I asked twice but still can't recall..... but she was very helpful and the price is reasonable for the size of the unit.
