Very attentive and helpful staff. Great location. Good experience so far! Hours make it a little challenging to access, but it's not too bad. I've had a great experience with the staff. There are carts near the parking area that make taking things in and out really easy. I feel as though my things are safe.

I have had multiple units with other companies but nobody compares to this place. Clean bathroom, attentive staff, super cool old building that gets great outdoor lighting through the windows on most days! I've used their moving truck at no extra cost, that was so helpful. Came back here after a few years with other units and they beat my last locations price. Woo hoo!

Dan was super helpful and friendly, we had an amazing experience renting a storage unit. I think this was our second time using this place to store stuff. It's easy to maneuver to and from your unit with the carts. I would definitely recommend this place. But you know what I would recommend even more?.... Minimalism, living with less "stuff" buy experiences, not crap to put in a storage unit. Travel, live life, and if you have to store stuff, donate things you really don't NEED, that way you have less stuff to move. Also, if you are moving in and out of a storage unit, you are going to buy new things when you get to wherever you land next.... Downsize if possible. But if not, definitely store your crap here! We were on the third floor and had no problem getting in and out with a van. Thank you!

I give it 5 stars because My stuff was safe at the time I had too move in my teens too another city and was giving a trusted friend money too pay for my storage wich he dint I ended up loising all my grandmother's albums this was in 2003 do they have a storage in wich they keep pictures in its a long shot but I have no pictures and I hate myself for not being more attentive

This storage facility was one of the best I have I ever deal with... everyone was friendly and kind. The place was always clean and I absolutely recommend If I ever need a place again this will certainly be my first choice ! This place has to be one of the best storages I've ever used. I had my space for over a year and never had ANY problems! Everyone who works there are so friendly! It's a pretty quiet location. The weekends can get a little busy but nothing too crazy! They were always professional and friendly! I would honestly rent from them again if and when I need more storage! Thank you to everyone who works there! It's been a pleasure!

Last year, I got into a car accident and couldn't dress or shower or take care of myself for a few months until the collarbone healed. Had to move out of my old place especially after someone broke into my apartment garage and broke the hinge of the door frame area. Long story short, my bf asked me to move into his apartment and I couldn't fit all my stuff into his place so I rented a storage unit from May 2021 - December 2021. Through it all, the gentleman here have been nice and kind and try to work with all the mess going on with me and of course other people renting there. It's clean, well managed, they secure the building and make sure to abide by Covid rules. Also, they allowed me to use their truck to go up and down the ramp 3-4 times to move my stuff in and the 3-4 times to move it out because the giant moving trucks were too big. In the end, I'm very grateful to Dan & Jim and their other employee who drove the truck up and down for me when I moved out. Thanks for working with me.

Perfect service, and location in downtown Long Beach. Very secure building. I pay $189 per month for a storage unit the size of a half bathroom. Its probably expensive but the staff is very responsive and reliable, and I needed storage in a pinch for time in the covid era. I'll empty my unit before the 30th of the month, once they check and confirm that the unit is empty, my lease ends :) thank you Store N Save
