Bought a lot of groceries for a little money. Felt nice to get what I paid for a big cart of food and not break my budget

Self check out doesn't offer sanitizer, thought I was gonna pass out when I touched the scanner. The entire area is gross! Thankfully the MOD gave me some of hers. So, you get 3 stars ? ? ?

I'm shocked at how often the self check out lines are closed here. I understand this superior is in a Low Cost of living area but that doesn't mean people should literally have to wait all the way TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE STORE. There is 20 people in front of me and there are at least 20 people in the other 4 lines. It's embarrassing
The worst part is that I gotta come back because it's the closest Grocery store to me. It's embarrassing

I go to this location often because it is my neighborhood grocery store. Tonight I had the worst experience. I got off work just in time to buy 2 items I needed to make my family a late dinner. I got to the door at the store at 9:55 p.m the security guard said you were closed. Seemed odd to me that you would close at 9:55. I 1st asked what time you closed and she said 10 pm. I proceeded to tell her I only needed to grab 2 items and it's not 10 yet. The cashier walked to the door to let out a customer and shut the door in my face without saying a word to me, as I was trying to ask her if I could grab 2 items for my family. I then proceeded to call the store to talk to the manager. He told me that he wants his cashier to leave on time so that's why she didn't let me in. I have a problem with this. There are hours of operation for a reason. I would have tried to make it to another store to get what I needed if I thought this would be an issue. I felt singled out and the way I was treated by the cashier and the manager was uncalled for. A customer should never have to beg to enter a store during hours you are open simply because you want your cashier to leave on time. Seems to me that there is a problem with scheduling and expectations. I have lost any desire to ever return to this store going forward. I'm not only disappointed in the way I was treated and only hope No one ever has to endure this kind of treatment going forward. I hope this grabs the attention of a manager or regional manager who cares about their customers and the communities the stores are in. A response would be ideal.

Great selection of produce/herbs. They even have culantro(saw-tooth parsley)!

It's my neighborhood grocery store. They pretty much have what you need.

Too crowded. Checkers are very slow and uninterested in the work!

ALERT... they are making "mistakes" when charging, which is not the first time this has happened to me... CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!... They charged me for 33 corn and I only had 3... On another occasion they charged me for 11 bags of AJO and only had 1. And they are the cashiers who are supervisors because they themselves make the correction. That store seemed expensive to me until I started paying attention and realized how "they make mistakes."
