I could not believe the great customer service provided to me by David this is the one Tmobile store in the entire southland that has the best selection nicest customer service ever in my entire family was able to get what we want he is such a wonderful person he is like Jesus Christ and Carpet as well as his beautiful assistant and the entire team here highest recommend Asian easy parking

As an existing customer Im pretty disappointed. Staff couldn't be bothered if not adding a line. there are other stores that would love your business, try one of them first.

Came in today to pay off our cell phone bill, and my hubby decided to get my Xmas present early lol.As we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.Then we Allison helped us, we received excellent customer service. I haven't been inside a T-Mobile store in years. But very glad we did. Thank you so much.

Isaac was NOT helpful at all. Rushed me out the store. Couldn't provide any information until i paid my bill. I said fine and left. I came back to be helped by another associate, Shelby, she gave me all the information i was asking for before paying for my bill. SHELBY was wonderful and very helpful.

Bad service, I went for help for pick up a Simcard that a customer service agent already approved and the person was so lazy not even want to check my account. Same thing like the customer with picture review, all them chatting and they don’t care about customers, no wonder why Tmobile is shutting down so many stores ??

First off let me say how professional and organized this store is. From my sales associate David who took care of all my needs. Plus the other team members Shelby, Jackie and Alexis who walked me through several account questions and made sure my setup was optimal. Very pleased and will definitely continue being a loyal customer.

I called this store ahead of time to see if they had the galaxy z fold 4 in stock. The staff member named Shelby stated on the phone that they did have that phone in stock at their store in a graygreen color option. Shelby said there was no need to make reservations and to ask for her when we got there. My wife and I went down there right away and we asked for Shelby, like she asked us to, she was with another customer so we waited for about 30 mins. There were about 4 other staff members who weren't helping any customers so we asked one of them if they could possibly get us started while Shelby was with another customer. One member kindly helped and Shelby immediately began looking at us. She came in a few minutes later to finish up the process and said she'd get the phone in the back. She went to the back stock room and came back out with not the phone but a Galaxy watch. Shelby said the phone was actually locked up in a safe, which would take 10 minutes to open up, but while we waited she wanted to tell us about a deal they had for the galaxy watch that would be free, if we added an extra line. Jokingly we asked if it would be free without adding anything because we really just wanted the phone and my wife already has a watch. The conversation awkwardly went silent for about 5 minutes while she continued to look up things on her tablet and then proceeded to show us how "cheap" it would be monthly. Once again we kindly declined as we did not want this. Her coworker finally came out and said that the phone that was in stock was probably the demo phone. We ended up having to order the phone and having it shipped to our house which would take a couple days but we were very disappointed specifically because it felt as if this was a waste of time and we did not want to be upsold on anything else. All other stores that we called prior to this one was up front, told us that they could order it and was respectful about our time. If this was to happen to someone else driving from far away, I could see where this could probably become a bigger issue. Since we were fairly close, there was no need to make this a big deal. We were just writing this review because we're disappointed, felt like we were being pushed products that we just did not want, and I think this could've all been avoided if there was more initiative that was taken, initially, when we called and asked if this item was in stock.

Just left this store. Stephanie the assistant manager was very helpful . Upgraded our plan cause it was super old and we were able to exchange my son's old phone for a 14 Max! Thanks Stephanie for your help , we'll be back !

I went to T-Mobile store in Town Center Long Beach ti upgrade one of my phones. This was On November 10/22. I must say the people working here were not friendly or helpful. I was not greeted with a smile but what are you looking for today. I went to explain about upgrading phone and asked about options. The blue haired lady; only way to describe as never did introduce herself. She pulled up my account and then I am not sure what happened but she got very loud and almost aggressive stating I was not qualified for any upgrades as I recently had cancelled a line. Sorry but she had no clue what she was talking about. Her actions and behaviour were to say the least very unprofessional. My boyfriend and I leftI have been a T-Mobile user for 19 years and never have I experienced this kind of customer service. We left and FYI blue haired lady, I did qualify for upgrade and you should possibly learn your job and some professionalism about customer service cause you Really sucked. Have been to T-Mobile on Cherry streetAnd in Cerritos mall and the workers are fantastic as received outstanding customer service. Suggestion: Put her back to training where she mayLearn job and customer service skills.
