Does target service is terrible. I've tried calling their phone system multiple times with no success. The customer service line automatically turns off on you. And the rest of the department never picks up the phone.

The self check out SUCKS!!! They have one person monitoring over 10 stations. You end up waiting a long time for the one person to get to you. Thanks Target for trying to save money and providing terrible customer service.

Nice store but cashier was a complete dingbat?! Not sure how he is allowed to ring up customers with his lack of care and ability to communicate effectively with customers. Target should save payroll and eliminate this employee. No worries, I have filled out the informtarget.com survey to provide same feedback. Nothing wrong with the store and selection of items, just this particular cashier who can be easily replaced with another self checkout kiosk that would provide better service.

I came in Target to purchase myself a Starbucks coffee the barrister's Mikyma, very polite to all her Guests that was Standing in line. Mikyma, made my Smoke Bacon Gouda grilled cheese Grill Cheese on to perfection. I have to say it was worth eight dollars.. my caramel macchiato was also delicious as well. When the drinks were ready, Mikyma, made sure she acknowledged everybody by name.. Thank U Mikyma, On This Thursday October 19, 2023 U made My Day.

Location and parking is good. Awful customer service. One register open with the slowest employee on it. Employees don't pack your items they hand you a bag to do it yourself. The prices have gone up and the overall feeling of the store has me wanting to shop elsewhere.

This store is extreeeeeeeamelt POOR! Customer service when calling for front desk and all departments. I have called 5!!!! Times and no 1 Movistar ever answers the call. It's barely 8pm. It's open until 10pmBad phone service

I have been using Target pick up a very long time, twice or more a week. Last couple of months, NO BUENO. Order b4 last, I was shorted a six pack of beer. When I told the girl I was supposed to have 2 six-packs she advised me to go home and put in for a credit. Well you CAN' T get a credit for beer not received!!! I called and had manager handle it. The girl should have HANDLED it.Today I picked up groceries. They put a very large soup can on TOP of my bread and smashed it!!!!GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER TARGET PICK UP!!!!! GEEEEEEZ.

Ordered Michelob Ultra and Coke Zero for pickup.Received the notification that my PARTIAL order was ready.Who does this? Why not notify me when my ENTIRE ORDER is ready?So I show up to get my beer and ask the guy to run back on the store and grab the soda. He said he couldn't because it was still processing. He suggested I cancel the order and go into the store. Give me a break Target! How hard is it to empower your employees to go above and beyond?Your customer service sucks!

This Target is nice and clean. Everything is kept neat and organized. Nice displays with lots of wide spaces. Decent selection of limited groceries and lots of everything else. Giant parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Best times to shop are early hours during the week.

I have been trying to get someone at this target to answer the phone for about 30 minutes . Tried connecting to customer service and almost every other department. Not one answer! Awful customer service. Is no one working at this store at 8 pm? I thought it was open until 10 pm... I need to see if my dogs food is in stock and they are always hit or miss.

I love Target. They are a very inexpensive, convenient way to shop. But today this target disappointed big time. I do feel bad only leaving one star- but felt I had to take one star off for each failure. First, my main reason for going to Target was to get Corn starch for a recipe my son was making. I checked online and the app said this store had 6 Argo cornstarch. No they didn't - not one. Very frustrating! Star deleted. I didn't want to waste a trip so picked up a few things I needed for the week, including the beer my hubby asked for. I had maybe 5 items but when I went to check out there were only 2 actual check stands open with 6-7 people in each line!! Another star deleted! I looked over at the self check out and there was only one person waiting so walked over to check out my own stuff. I scanned the beer first - turns out you can't check out alcohol in self check out! Another star deleted. So went back to the long line and waited. Of course when I'm next to be checked out, another cashier is opened and signals me over. She scans my items and Ask if I want a bag. I say yes, and pay for my purchases including the one bag. I'm a bit surprised when she hands me my receipt and says thank you and precedes to scan the next customers items. My stuff is just sitting on the counter, so I grab a target bag and proceed to put my stuff in it and leave. Guess we are all bagging our own stuff now too. Another star deleted. Just a suggestion but maybe the company needs to show some respect to their employees with better pay and working conditions?

Associate was walking around the medicine area she walk near me without a mask on and she didn't say anything she look me up and down. Another associate he greeted people walking in and walking around him when he saw me he look away and in the sky so he don't have to greet me. Very disrespectful.

1.The wait for drive up is ridiculous. Average is about 15-20 minutes. 2.Twice I've order chicken breast to only see that they were due to go bad that day. There was a clearance sticker on them and I wasn't even charged that price. 3. The girls working the drive up literally move at a snails pace. Zero sense of urgency.

I am rating this Target a 1 only because no zero option. First let's consider their overall rating by the public is a 3. Hmmm...that wreaks of store is in need of help, does anybody care. I mean who is responsible for this retail apocalypse disaster. I had the pleasure of interacting with a manager named Tai who talked over me, was about as unhelpful as possible, in my opinion highly disrespectful, did not resolve or even attempt to resolve issue. Ummm...why is she manager if not polite to customers that make the paycheck possible and trained in resolution. I would rather stub my toe than deal with her again. Upper management, please sweep the building. Replace ineffective staff with people who actually want to be there. Just a thought.

This target is clean and big. Customer service could improve. Lots of parking. Although the inside of the store is clean the outside and parking can be dirty and smelly.
