Found the stainless steel I needed. The place by me in Orange County had none in stock and weren't getting any anytime soon. Very easy to phone in an order, pay over the phone and come pick it up.

Very large inventory of products & wide range of services. Great customer service. I only needed 1 stick of .250" round bar. I got there at lunch time, an inside sales guy placed my order, pulled it from the warehouse & cut it to size so I didn't have to wait for the warehouse guys to come off lunch. I got the same level of service as I would if I was buying a truck load of round bar.
