New Model X Plaid has scratches on Driver Side Doors. Brought it in to have it checked out Saturday early AM when there is only 1-2 Cars in Line. I was told to make appointment & come back.

The recent heavy rain and street flooding ended up messing my wheel well and aeroshield, making is unsafe to drive... Expected to have to drop the car off and wait days to weeks for delivery of parts and repair. Well, Mr Jalen stepped in and provided top VIP service! He took care of things for me, got my car in right away, and Greg had the job done within the hour! Maybe it was the timing, and luck or having the parts in stock... Regardless, the attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is unsurpassed.. Thanks again Jalen and Greg, for taking great care of my Model S, and for taking care of me!

Service was excellent. I dropped off my car yesterday and picked it up today for a major noise coming from passenger tire areas. Jonathan Herrera was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Followed up with phone calls and was super friendly. Thank you Tesla and Jonathan.

I was helped by an agent in Buena Park. And he was very helpful. So happens that the car was in Long Beach and that started the problem. I was set up to pick up the car. Paid the remaining balance, insurance and the time and date was confirmed. On the day of the pick up I suddenly got informed that I lost my reservation to the car. They said they tried to call me but didn't answer..l didn't answer because I was sleeping because I work night shift and all the time I had an appointment done and ready but instead they released the the car with out informing me. Now the charged me twice for the downpayment and monthly became a little higher than we agreed upon. The Long Beach branch didn't want to give me the car but thanks to my guy from Buena Park for helping me get back the car..All I thought if I didn't show up for the said appointment then they will have the right torelease the car but releasing the car a day before the appointment is unacceptable.. they gave me the same car at the same time of appointment but for a lot more money.. I don't really understand. Least they can do is at least give the old quote that we agreed upon but instead the didn't want to give me the car period. That was their solution to my problem.Very frustrating!

After 2 months of ownership I found information of a major repair done to my car that was never disclosed to me upon delivery. With 16 miles on my car before taking delivery the high voltage battery was replaced which is the main battery pack on the car. If I would have known this I would have kindly waited for another VIN car. How is it okay to have a 10K-20K repair done at the dealership without sharing that the car comes with a service record? I understand small repairs or imperfections as this is our 3rd Tesla but this is a major component. Usually or at least in the past tesla would install a reconditioned battery but my service record does not say. I was promised a call back yesterday by a manager 1/16/24 but they never called! I will update my experience when resolved.

Terrible customer service I've been to at least 4 Tesla dealerships/service center and I've never had a bad experience until now none of them even seemed like they wanted to be there or like they wanted to help, I walked in didn't get greeted but a stare down by representatives hanging out in the back corner. I originally came in because I had finally placed my order for my M3 performance, I showered them my reservation and they immediately demanded payment and didn't want to show me the vehicle... how do they expect me to purchase a vehicle without checking the quality i've seen their other reviews of how their cars are treated The day I went it was actually raining very lightly but they didn't react for another 45 minutes until it started raining harder they started to close the doors to the cars NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF PHONE CALL SPAMMING AND TEXTING ASKING IF I'M STILL INTERESTED ITS CRAZY

If customer service is what you're looking for don't go there! They act like they are doing you a favor just to talk to you. Young man told me to move my car and it wasn't even mine. Then told me they don't sell used Teslas but failed to mention where they might.

My Tesla alerted me about my tires. I had no idea what it could be - low pressure, nail in my tire, defect tire - who knows I drove my car to Tesla and Rick was able to accommodate me on a busy day! I would not recommend this because they had a long line of cars but he was able to quickly take my car to the back and check my tires to let me know the indicator was for low tire pressure. Not only did he did a check but he also filled my tires with air and on top of that educated me on the diff air pressure. Thank you Tesla signal hill!!

Wow, I had the most amazing experience with Tesla. From the moment I arrived they took care of my every need, and made sure I was accommodated properly. In specific, the general manager and Jesus were very helpful. Jesus made sure I didn't have to wait and got me my car quick!!

Originally test drove a model Y in Irvine. The service person mentioned that Tesla was running a 3-month supercharging special. Told me when I was ready to order to do everything online and then within the app. I ended up ordering out of inventory from the Long Beach dealership the same day . the following day was my delivery date, I take an Uber to the dealership (around $50) since I had already sold my previous car. They start processing my paperwork and I inquire about how the 3-month supercharging works. Jared mentions to me that the offer had expired and the person I spoke to at Irvine had misspoke. He offered a small service credit, nothing remotely close to the value of what I had been promised. I declined, told him he needed to do better to make it right. Jared came back and offered me a basic home charging kit. I told Jared that I couldn't install that at my apartment, do better. Jared says he's not authorized to provide what had been promised, what will it take. I said a cash equivalent of what I end up spending for 3 months of charging, which I was promised. He went to get Carlos, another manager. Carlos said he understood my frustration but his demeanor suggested otherwise. I told Carlos that I was not experiencing the best first impression of Tesla. Carlos tells me they're looking for a resolution but need 24-48 hours but his body language suggested he didn't care one way or the other. I asked for my money back, they told me my deposit was non-refundable. Any other dealership would've made it right. These guys didn't care and are not empowered to do anything to make my buying experience a positive one. I took an Uber home, another $50 I'll never see again. Oh yeah, I asked them to pay for my Uber, shocker they declined.

I unfortunately had a really bad experience with Tesla. I brought my 2015 S model in to service a sticky substance under the computer at Long Beach Tesla. I paid $2550.00 to have the issue fixed. I drove away and my car started to shake, a problem I never had before. The service person told me it was just a coincidence and said the car is over 7 years old and these things happen and you might want to consider getting a new car, I was shocked! Tesla kept my car to see what the shaking was about. Two days later I'm told that my car needs $20,000 worth of work to repair the shaking, again, I'm shocked! Turns out, the car is only worth $23,000 so my insurance company decides to have the car totaled and gives me a check for $23,000. I go next door to the dealership and ask if I could have the $2500.00 that I spent two days ago to repair the sticky substance under the computer, go towards a new Tesla, and I was told no. Tesla would not work with me in any way. I'm so frustasted with this experience and I wanted others to know about this bad experience.

We had a great experience at the service department. Alex and Jonathan particularly took care of us. Their attention to detail is exceptional and they provided great customer service. We appreciate it.
