8/4/23 Update:I’m still here at this studio. I’m still building muscle, I’m still building concentration and focus, and I’m still loving this community! Bar Method Long Beach now has 2 more new platforms for you to try!!Bar Strength and Bar Cardio Express!Both crazy good for your mind and physical endurance.Give yourself a chance to explore what could be THE difference you need in your workout. Add it to your regular routine and see the changes that can take place!!Bar Method Long Beach has been such a positive force in my life! It has sustained me through so many of life’s challenges and has helped to continue my mental and physical goals. I believe it’s been 8 years now, and it never gets easier but it does make you stronger and more confident in your abilities.Jo and her staff are amazing! They are always open to any questions you might have. I hope you decide to give them a try. You won’t regret your decision. As a matter of fact, you may find yourself like me and still continue your personal challenge with Bar Method Long Beach for another 8 years❤️

Bar Method has been a huge part of my life. The instructors are explicit in their teachings and every class you take will exert different muscles. I’ve been coming here now for 10 years, and my body still gets sore, I still get the shakes, and the instructors are still amazing!

Been coming here for years and the quality has always been top notch - from friendly staff, knowledgeable instructors, clean facility, and guaranteed fun (& challenging) workouts every time! They have new classes - Flow, Cardio, and Strength. I like them all in different ways. Will continue to keep coming and recommend everyone to try this! You’ll want to come back!

If you haven't taken a Bar Method class or haven't been to the Long Beach studio in awhile, you really need to come and give the new classes a try! They now have 2 New Bar Method platforms. One is Bar Method Cardio and the other is Bar Strength. Both give you one heck of a workout!!I took my first hour long Bar Strength class just this past week, and it was brutal, and exhausting, and super challenging...I LOVED it! Steph, the instructor, really has the design of the class down to where you just sort of flow from one move to the next. It gets your heart pumping and your muscles, even your intricate muscles, an amazing workout! Jo and her staff are exceptional at what they do for their clients. Please come by and give yourself the gift of strength and achievement. I'm not gonna lie, you'll feel sore in a day or two, but that's the start of your definition and what keeps you coming back!@barmethodlongbeach #barmethodlongbeach

I have been a bar babe for years and I don’t think I will ever quit. I have tried different exercises like Pilates Reformer, Kickboxing and Rowing but I always go back to the Bar Method. Nothing beats their instruction and their focus on individual flexibility.After all, everyone is different.

I started The Bar Method a little over 8 years ago now with the goal (at the time) of getting in (lean) shape before my wedding that was in early 2016 & I think it's safe to say that I have stayed OBSESSED with the kick-your-butt classes, the polished studio, the friendly Bar community...everything! Since my start in late 2015, I have gone through three pregnancies with Bar and it is/was the BEST body prep for labor/delivery AND postpartum. Bar guided me through my changing body over those years (and continues to do so!) and I am grateful that the community and workout has been there for me. Our BARtenders :) are always thinking of new studio-wide challenges for us members to bear down & PUSH ourselves. The various challenge opportunities to get yourself involved and to class are available & plentiful. I highly recommend this type of workout for anyone who is looking to change up their routine, or even add to it. You will become hooked & your body will not regret it!

Workouts come and go, but The Bar Method workout is the constant in my workout regimen. The Cardio and Strength classes are my favorites and the new Flow class is a great mix of classic Bar Method moves with elements of yoga.The Long Beach studio is the BEST...always friendly and welcoming...Great Energy❣️

If you aren't into traditional gyms, running, and basically any traditional sport, but were a dancer in your youth, Bar Method is for you! BMLB is the absolute best. The studio, vibe, community, location, motivating challenges, celebrations, and gains will keep you tethered for life.

I've been a member at The Bar Method LB for over 5 years now, and can't get enough! The benefits I get from this low impact workout after being a runner for many years is amazing! I still feel sore in different places after every single workout. You just can't beat feeling healthy and strong, and The Bar Method will help you do just that. It's also wonderful showing up to a place that makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door. From the incredible instructors, to the caring "bar tenders," and the friendly people you find yourself working out next to...this community is THE BEST, and I'm so thankful to be a part of it! I recommend this workout for anyone and everyone!
