The Current has been our home for the past three years, and without a doubt, they've been the best years yet. I've lived in several places, and none compare to this. The management team is exceptional: responsive, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile. Raelle and Denisse, in particular, truly listen and care about the residents.
The apartments are beautiful, and the ocean views give the place the feel of a boutique hotel. The pool adds a cozy, intimate touch that makes it feel like home.
What really sets this community apart are the events hosted throughout the year. They foster a real sense of connection, making neighbors feel more like family. The location is unbeatable: the beach is just across the street, the Pike Outlets are nearby, and you've got a coffee shop, sushi spot, and brunch restaurant all within steps of your door. It's an incredibly well-rounded living.
I honestly recommend The Current to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place to feel at home.

Amazing property and staff! The view from our balcony is breathtaking just as the entire building! From the convenience of coffee shop/restaurant/liquor store to all the amenities of the building!

I’ve been a resident at The Current for one year and I can say it’s been my favorite luxury building to live at. The touring process was very smooth. I had a very limited time as I was from out of town. I didn’t have an appointment but Raelle gave me a quick tour around closing time. The apartment I originally wanted was leased right before I applied but I knew I wanted to live at The Current. Raelle remembered my wants and needs and suggested an apartment that is perfect for me. I wasn’t too fond of it but as the days went by, it became perfect. The living room is so spacious and has plenty of natural light for my plants. I have a partial ocean view and Mountain View. My favorite part is the great sunset view! She knew I don’t cook therefore the slim kitchen wasn’t a problem for me. She certainly listened to my comments during the short tour.
Denisse assisted with the move-in process, it was also smooth.
I’ve had about 3 service requests for my apartment and they were taken care of probably within 24 hours. The building is well insulated since I tend to forget I have neighbors as I don’t hear noise.
I did suggest changes in the garage which were considered and implemented. The office team do listen to their residents.
Speaking of, the on-site team is so welcoming and have a pristine customer service. They are cleaning even on holidays. The amenities are always clean.
Needless to say, the living experience is worth the rental amount. The Current is a great place to live at!

I’ve had an exceptional experience living at this apartment complex! The amenities are top-notch, and the sense of community here is fantastic, thanks to the friendly and helpful management team. They truly go out of their way to create a welcoming atmosphere. The building is always well-maintained, and safety is clearly a top priority. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, which is a huge plus. A special shoutout to Raelle in the leasing department – she’s always so warm, friendly, and has a smile on her face, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

We love living at The Current! The location is amazing, so close to the beach. You can easily remain active by crossing the street and going for a walk or bike ride by the beach. The Queenmary is visible right from the rooftop pool! The management and maintenance staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful. They’ve know our dog, Kai since he was a puppy and he adores them all! Highly recommend The Current as your home!

I've been living at this amazing apartment complex in downtown Long Beach for a year now, and it continues to exceed my expectations. From day one, the front office staff has been incredibly welcoming and friendly—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and handle any concerns or requests quickly.
The views here are simply beautiful, offering a stunning look at the city and ocean. One of the best parts about living here is the sense of community. The complex regularly throws fantastic parties and events that bring the neighbors together, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. If you're looking for a place where you feel connected and cared for, this is it. Five stars, without a doubt!

I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and finally decorated my 2 bed 2 bath to my liking and it just feels like home. The hospitality of management, security workers, and even the service department here is amazing. The entrance to the beach is literally across the street and is a great place to start a run or even grab a drink at gaucho bar. It is the epitome of what living by the beach should be like.

I recently moved into "The Current" apartment building and have been thoroughly impressed with both the facilities and the service provided by the staff. From the moment I decided to move here, Raelle made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and helpfulness were exceptional, as she patiently answered all my questions and ensured that everything was in order for my move-in day.
The apartment itself is fantastic. It's modern, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities that exceed my expectations. The gym is well-equipped, and the common areas are beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or socializing. The management team has clearly put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.
The location of "The Current" is also a huge plus. It's conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

Living at The Current has truly been a great experience! They host many events at the rooftop/pool, which are always a blast and a great way to meet new people. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and there are so many things to do within walking distance. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and kind! The Assistant Manager Denisse is amazing!

Been a great experience so far. We moved from Denver site unseen so we relied heavily on Raelle and google reviews to help us scope the place out. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything matched the description and reviews and so far everything has exceeded our expectations. The area is great, there's security on staff every night, and we're across the street from the beach, what more could you ask for?
