This place is the best! Today I was rushing to mail a package as I’m new to the area so I 1) didn’t realize how long it would take me to get there during rush hour, and 2) went to the back of the shopping center instead of the front and called super frazzled minutes before 5:30pm thinking I wasn’t going to make it after a long drive. Despite the fact that I’m quite sure I sounded completely unhinged, the staff member was as calming and kind in person as on the phone, and her boss whom I met there was equally genuine and knowledgeable about some questions I had regarding shipping. My stress melted away chatting with them and I can’t recommend their excellent customer service enough!

I cannot speak more highly of the wonderful staff at The Mail Box. I have gone here twice now to rush out packages (my poor planning), and they have been so kind and patient with me. They work extremely hard to find the shipping method best suited for your needs. So much more stress free and personable than any USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex, with all the options!

The Mail Box has some of the friendliest and helpful staff. I used to get anxious when trying to ship something, but everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Compared to a regular post office, I paid much less for shipping materials AND got amazing customer service. I am so happy to come here each time and it feels so nice to have a place where I feel comfortable asking for help! Thank you.

I came in for a Livescan. Lori helped me. She was extremely friendly had a smile on her face and very welcoming. Quick and easy. Great customer service! Had a great experience. Will be coming here for all my mail needs.

They offer to ship stuff from this place to other places. Also, it should be known that it is not actually a mailbox. It is actually a quite large building that, as stated before works as a sort of mailbox.

My overall experience was extremely unwelcoming the moment I asked for a receipt. Other reviews for this postal place are stellar and claim to have received receipts from the counter, but when I asked for one the manager collected my packages, suggested I leave, and inquired what I was shipping. This was a very odd experience and I would not suggest businesses use this place to ship internationally.

I called and asked to speak to Mary, not knowing there was a new owner. When I asked who the new owner was, they hung up on me. I guess new business is not really their thing. .... And now either his employee who's answered the phone lied to him or, and more likely he is lying. Sad. Good luck with that.

This business is charging extra (credit card processing fees) and not listing those charges on their receipts. So... I received a receipt for $212, but I was actually charged $219.47. My main issue here is that my receipt does not reflect what I was actually charged. That is for a 6 month mailbox rental, mind you. Oh and that was with a "free month" thrown in.I know what the laws are in California, and I do know that TECHNICALLY you are not allowed to charge credit card service fees. I also know that this law has been challenged, and it will probably not be easily enforced. For the record, I believe that most businesses should be allowed to charge whatever they want, as long as those fees are clearly listed and reflected on the receipts provided to the customer.There is a TINY little sign posted on the counter about this fee, but I thought it pertained to shipping costs, and not to me, since it was not mentioned and nowhere listed on my receipt. I have no doubt that others have gone in and made purchases with their cards and not stopped to see the discrepancy in the accounting. It is deceptive.I would have been happy to quietly resolve this with the business owner, but he has refused to refund the total amount of my purchase. I was actually willing to rent a mailbox from him at prices that are much higher than other locations, simply because I wanted to support my community, and I love this shopping center and it is convenient for me. They are already charging a premium for their services, and then nickel and diming on top of that. I just couldn't let this one go. Buyer beware.

I got my fingerprinting done here today and the folks were just the sweetest and most patient people. They were training a new hire who was the most kind woman I've met in awhile. I received multiple compliments from a few different staff members and left having had a better day because of them. 10/10 recommend

I needed a notary so I came here. Not sure why they have negative reviews, but I received excellent service! The staff was super friendly and nice, maybe that's because I had my pup in a backpack with me. He generates a lot of interest lol But seriously, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They greeted everybody that came in. They notarized my document quickly, and I was done in under 10 minutes. The place has things you need like cards and cute little knick knack gifts. I would definitely come here again for their services. I highly recommend them to anyone.
