Exceptional service! Our furry friend had an amazing stay at this pet boarding facility. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, ensuring our pet felt right at home. I am beyond grateful for the staff and services at the Pet Set! I take comfort knowing that my baby is taken care of while I'm off at work -- and the best part is I can see my pup playing with his friends or napping on their live feed cameras! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and coming up with fun creative ways to interact with all their doggy clients! I highly recommend, especially to those who have very active and social dogs!

Boarding Bella was an excellent experience! She was clearly happy and well-cared for during her stay. The staff were attentive and showed genuine affection towards her, which eased any worries I had about leaving her. Bella enjoyed her meals and had a blast playing with her furry friends. I've been taking my furbabies here for years, and I know they have a great time playing outside with the other dogs because I can see it on PetSets cameras. When I have them bathed, they are brought to me smelling like baby powder and have a cute bandana on. The front staff folks are super nice and personable. 5 star place for me and my furbabies

This place has been a lifesaver for me and my energetic pup. The staff is always so welcoming and attentive to his needs. I really appreciate the live stream option - it gives me peace of mind to see him having a blast while I'm at work. The play area is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of toys and obstacles to keep him entertained. After a full day of play, he comes home happy and exhausted.

I've been taking my puppy Teddy to the Petset for 8 months now. He has stayed up to six days at the boarding suites. Teddy is a very high energy dog and loves to go there to play with other dogs. Staff is so helpful and friendly. I'm able to watch teddy during play time thru the doggy cams and can communicate with staff with any questions or concerns. I just picked up Teddy after 2 days Boarding. He got a bath and a sanitary groom. They do such a good job with the bath and the grooming. I'm so happy with the service and Teddy does too. The price is very reasonable better than other places.

Been taking my dog here for grooming a few times now and I'm always pleased with how my dog comes out! Price is average compared to other place. Overall friendly service. Will definitely continue bringing my furry animal back.

Been coming here for years with my doggie mocha, unfortunately she died :(. Got a new doggie and brought her here as I remember good service. Well they did a great job with Tif. Highly recommend this place!

The Pet Set is fabulous!! I just picked-up my four babies and they are happy happy happy! I was able to watch them on the doggie cams while I was away for 4 days on business. They were running around with constantly wagging tails! The peace of mind that I have while working out-of-town is completely due to The Pet Set. My fur babies are my everything, and I know they are being well cared for at Pet Set.

No. This place smells so bad and it's hot inside, at least turn on a damn fan or the AC. I literally walked outside and back into my car to fill out some paperwork because it was so hot in there. I brought my dog for a nail trim and didn't like that they took her to the back. I could hear her cry and the girl at the front said that wasn't her. It was. There was a bunch of grooming tables in the front that could have been used instead of taking my dog to the back where all you can hear are various dogs barking. I told the staff I prefer if she wasn't back there due to not wanting her to have any sort of trauma from a bad experience. She is a puppy. Turns out, when they handed her back to me after I paid, that they cut into her quick and she bled. That explains why she cried. I'm not going back here.

We used Pet Set many times for day care and boarding pre-covid and liked it alot. In fall 2023, we returned to traveling without our husky. Perhaps our dog's personality changed over the covid era but he was not happy there and ended up being in private/solitary. On the cam, I noticed way too many large dogs in the yard and my guy was hanging with the attendant or by the kennel door. I called and said his body language tells me he's ready to go in and asked if he could go out early before the yard was crowded and play with just a few at a time. This didn't seem to happen. He was agitated and snarked at other dogs, not aggressive, but as a senior, just wanting to go back in and be quiet. When in the private yard, he was left alone for often a long time and I had to call one eve to make sure they remembered he was out there! At pick-up I was informed they had changed ownership and could not accommodate private care any longer. The 2023 experience was not like in the past; it was just way to crowded. We have switched to Crossroads at the suggestion on friends in the husky rescue community and he did well there on our last trip.

THEY JUST LOST MY FRIENDS DOG AND DIDNT NOTIFY THEM FOR FOUR HOURS TO LET THEM KNOW THE DOG “GOT OUT” STILL NO SIGN OF DOG.
