Says they close at 3 PM today they must’ve closed like five minutes early, I came all the way out here for nothing! I get it’s Christmas Eve and all but people still need to mail packages, like you guys shouldn’t be closing a few minutes early when the time doesn’t say that

The team at UPS Store are great. I was in and out less than 10 mins. Friendly and so efficient. I go there about three times a year. I just wish they had digital upload for passport photos. Otherwise perfect place to get your carrier needs done.

Manager has followed up with me directly twice, and has worked with resolve a shipping issue. Definitely changed my opinion, and I appreciate their service.

Needed to send a package, missed a small bit in sealing it shut and saw their tape gun on the counter. I asked if they could use a small piece to finish sealing what I overlooked, they charged me $1.00 for a 6" or so piece of packing tape. Go team.I went here on a different occasion and was told that the package I was trying to ship couldn't be received by them because the driver dictates what they will and will not pick up and the driver would not take this. It was still in it's OEM box, unopened, within a plastic seal as it was shipped to me.It was suggested that I could buy packaging and when I declined I was told I could go to another store "to see if they are more lenient" which I then translated to: "you mean with better customer service". So I left, stopped at another UPS location and they took the package no problem.A lot of firsts at this McGowen UPS store, but won't be going there anymore as I have found out that all stores are truly different when it comes to customer service and sometimes it's worth driving further and out of your way to get better service.

This is the best UPS store in Long Beach! Thanasi stayed late to help me take photos when he was about to close and I was able to get my passport the next day. I can't appreciate it more!

This is the best UPS store I've ever been to. Thanasi is THE BEST. He always helps me with my packages (and I come here a lot). He also takes USPS drop offs and once was SO HELPFUL in helping me send in my passport renewal to make sure it got there. He also provides great tips on how to send things (my MIL lives in Georgia). He's also kind and friendly and I enjoy seeing him when I walk in. There is actually a closer UPS store to me but the workers there are kind of grumpy so I make the extra drive to see Thanasi! He's so friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff. Apologized profusely when telling me the small box for my free Amazon return would cost $10. Ten bucks for a shoebox. At a shipping store. Box costs you maybe a buck. Charge me $2-$3, make your keystone, and I leave a five star review. You think you need $10 for a box on top of your profit from Amazon? The nice kid behind the counter is the only reason this isn't a one star review.
