I was shopping for an Outback. Whenever I inquired about an Outback, most dealers would not talk to me but insisted on coming in.But Robert at Timmons understood my situation and helped me to purchase my Outback Wilderness over a phone. I just had to go in and sign the docs with the friendly financing manager, Mario. And the car was all cleaned and reday for me. Easy and no pressure! Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I were in need of guidance in the process of purchasing a new vehicle we had no idea where to begin we stepped into Timmons Subaru in Long Beach and we were instantly greeted by not just a salesman but someone I can call a life long friend from that moment on Dylan Mullaney has provided the upmost professional help in guiding us through everything and making us feel comfortable and certain of what we wanted now we are driving our dream car and it couldn't of been easier and I don't think we would of been able to do that without his help very thankful for his knowledge and assistance and also for staying late into the evening to make sure we were taken care of it was very much appreciated.

We recently went to Subaru in Long Beach to find a new car. This was not our first time there. We specifically asked to meet with Dylan on the sales team as our previous experience working with him was excellent. Again, Dylan Mullaney exceeded our expectations. He is very friendly, down to earth, personable and provides excellent service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest and helped us figure out what we wanted. He made great recommendations to us that resulted in us leasing a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Subaru to ask for Dylan. He is a delight to work with!

this is my favorite subaru dealership! i will make the drive bc their customer service is amazing they always make me feel welcomeds/o to my service advisor danny made an appointment for an oil changei was late to my sat AM appointment , the 405S had lane closures and everyone forgot or didnt see the lanes were blocked off, idki love that subaru are pet friendly and love even more that they have a cute pet relief area i opted to wait there, had time to catch up on a few things, total wait time was about 2 hrs danny offered a complimentary wash, i agreed, it needed iti got my car back and asked to check that all tire valves were there, missing one but danny took care of thati drove to my next stop, checked my wheel caps and one of them wasn't securedi had an one go missing or stolen, about a month ago and had to buy a new one so now im paranoid i called and headed back and danny took care of itTHANK YOUUU!!!

Was helped by Brad Silva and all I can say was that he was truly great. Went in to mainly look and scope out some options on a new car and he was so helpful with all the questions I had. I truly recommend him when going in to buy your new car!!

I was involved in an auto collision a week ago..Our Insurance totaled our vehicle. My daughter and I went to Timmons Subaru in Long Beach to look at new vehicles. This Subaru Dealership is family owned and I cannot even begin to tell you how incredibly nice everyone was. The Salesman Kamiran Beck approached us as we arrived. He was incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and very patient. He took us to a safe location to test drive the Crosstrek. He was very funny, and made me feel very comfortable. Kamiran even offered to drive the vehicle(because of my anxiety since the accident) to my home and Uber back. Customer service at its finest! Miles Custer was also super helpful. He broke down everything. What was included, extra options to benefit me as a new car buyer. Also extremely accommodating. This isn't the closest dealership to me, however customer service is incredibly important. Timmons Subaru in Long Beach was. OUTSTANDING!!!!! This is the First time I didn't feel any pressure buying a vehicle. Thank you all so very much! Lifetime customer here

I was considering buying a new Crosstrek and met with Courtney Genova. From the moment I walked into the dealership the customer service was everything you'd hope for, but seldom experience. I highly recommend this dealership and also working with Courtney. I've never driven an SUV and after the test drive I realized it was a little bit bigger than what I'd be comfortable with. There was absolutely no pressure to try and talk me into something I wasn't comfortable driving. If you are looking to purchase a Subaru I highly recommend contacting Courtney. She made car shopping fun and stress-free!!

I just purchased my third car from Timmons and I would not go anywhere else. Dylan Mullaney made sure I ended up with exactly the car I wanted. He answered my myriad of questions and was so helpful and patient. Signing the purchase agreement and other docs can be tedious but Mike Champion made it really enjoyable. First of I want to thank Jimmy Miller, he was super friendly and helpful. As a salesman you have to be but the fact that his attitude stayed 100 with me knowing I had very poor credit was the reason I trusted him. The dude went out of his way to not only get me the car I wanted but put in work to get me a great deal and more. The new location is way bigger and has a wide selection of Subarus. I will definitely recommend Timmons to anyone I know. Thanks again guys, oh I almost forgot! This was the fastest car purchase I've ever done in my life. I was in and out! Thanks again dudes!

Had a great experience in 2022! In 2023 decided to upgrade my vehicle with one that was “in-transit”. Made the deposit and upon arrival the trade-in value of my previous Subaru had decrease substantially from what they had quoted two weeks ago. I decided to keep my current vehicle and cancel the new vehicle. It took many phone calls and emails to get my deposit back. The sales experience was a disappointment!Went to Subaru Sherman Oaks where I made a trade-in and bought a gentle used ‘23 Subaru!

Made an appointment at 3:30PM, got there 20 mins earlier. The service advisor intake my car and told me my car would be done in a little over an hour. I was patient and waited until 1.5 hours, still no update from anyone. Walked up to the counter to flag someone and another service advisor was gracious enough to help me out while he was eating. My car was complete but the service advisor never told me and he had left and passed me onto another guy (older white guy can't remember his name). I had a terrible experience with that guy in the past and I can understand why he didn't communicate with me that he was taking over.Once I got to my car, immediately I noticed, I did not get my car washed, and the technician did not take off the plastic cover on the seat or paper cover on the floor mat. Then I look up and my old oil change reminder sticker is still on my windshield. I start my car to leave and the technician didn't even reset my system reminder notification for oil changes, tire rotation, etc...I feel like this place doesn't do a thorough job and just wants to clock out and go home. What else did they miss on a simple service? I'll find out later on down the road. However, this service was NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID and I will take my business to Subaru Orange Coast! Way better service from them. I only went here because I made a mistake and forgot to schedule to get my car serviced.

I just want to point out that we had great experiences at your dealership since our whole family including myself have purchased cars here. I especially want to point out that Jessica Konai was super helpful and very customer friendly. She helped us to navigate through the sales process and we were very satisfied. You guys should be lucky to have a such great employee. RC was also very straight forward and was willing to negotiate reasonably. Mike at finance is super helpful and friendly.
