These guys really do a good job but... it takes sooooo long! I used to come here all the time and would be in and out in about 20-30 mins. Now they don't even start washing the car until about 45min after you pay. Same thing happened to me about a year ago and I thought that I would give them another try. Still slow, maybe even slower. Definitely no sense of urgency around this place. If you have the time and money go for it. I'm currently late for an appointment, got here at 12:30 it now almost 2pm... still working on my car

I've been here before it's not my normal car wash. I go to Eddie's. Where I should have went smh. I got here at 1207. My car didn't get moved until 1245. They didn't start washing until 1p. Eddie's I would have been in and out even with a rush of cars and cheaper. No longer than 20 minutes and that's busy day. They have a system and these dudes here are so slow. They have two people doing the washing and take forever. I'll never come back. And they don't even have the good car air fresheners. Guess who does though? Eddies! Pissed off right now. Cause I'm definitely going to be late going away from my normal car wash. A car wash should never take an hour unless you're getting a detail and all i got was a regular damn wash. They need to go to Eddie's and see what they doing better than them. Cause this is bs.

I purchased the package #1, I drive a brand new Tesla Model Y. Aside from the great conversation I had with another customer that was there, I was looking forward to getting my car cleaned as I was watching it. After getting home I now realized the person who dried my car most likely had keys on his waistband that scratched the paint on my driver's side. I had a great experience at this wash because of the great conversation I had with another customer, but as for coming back? I don't think I'll be coming back here especially because of what they did.

They are tiny but efficient. Show room car pick. Spotless outside and inside. Try them. No regrets.

Just horrible they always try to rush and they do a bad job 3rd time coming and still the same thing why rush ?? You should clean the inside of the car great to have repeating Customers then rush and lose customers. I will not be coming back. How do you just leave a car wash? The inside is horrible. My steering wheel is still sticky. My doors are dirty and dusty. My radio still has the same stain on it and had when I went in. The glove department still has the soda mark. Like what are you guys doing? I rather you spend more inside the car than out. That's why point of the car wash anyone can get a hose and clean the outside it's all about the inside. And the guy who takes the order when you pull up extremely rude. If you don't want to be at work, then stay home stop treating the customers like crap you make them feel like they're not wanted. When we are giving you business ! It's lack of management and lack of ownership rule number one in a business don't rush and don't be greedy! Dont go here horrible service and bad wash this is after just getting the car wash taking in lot before I pulled off. Like what are you guys doing the inside looks the exact same only a vacuum was done there is more but I'm just ready to drive off

Great job! My car was filthy. I tipped on my card when I paid, but as I was watching them I kept pulling out extra dollars for how much they were doing.

This business does a great handwash for my car at a great value. They have outdoor seating to wait for your car that is shaded. The guys there are all very nice and really make the car shine.

Car washes are all a scam. Lazy workers everywhere. They can never seem to vacuum anything. Their "interior wipe down" is literally just a quick wipe. I basically paid $40 plus a $10 tip for water.

Don't be fooled by trying to support the small business and the niceness of the guy in charge. We agreed that the full detail inside amd out would be $450 . Been here before and must of had a change in staff or didn't want me back as a return client . I originally went in to set up a appointment. The guy told me I could leave my car and pick it up at 5 . It was 3 . I said ok and scooted home . When I came back to pick up my car the outside of the car had not been waxed . I was told that I didn't pay to have the outside waxed . I paid in cash left the car there not sure if I could pick it up in time . The inside of the car was not to my satisfaction which I said hey that's not a very good job . He said come back tomorrow and we will take care of it . I came back the next morning. The guy I was dealing with told me his worker would fix the inside . Tiny Detail had one guy on my car which I have dogs for 2 hours and charged me 450.00 dollars . I left 500.00 tipping out the guys 50 .00 . There wasn't guys it was one guy .The next morning I came back to complain the guy at the front told me that $450 was the price to clean the inside of my car . I paid $500 , $50 as a tip . The guy in charge took out $50 from the register for the tip and said that was the price . I gave $50 to the guy who tried to do a good job but ran out of time and left not happy . This establishment hustled me to leave my car knowing they didn't have adequate staff or time .

Just for begin my car is a 2013 Malibu with 110 thousand miles & Im the original/only owner.Never detailed just always washed & kept clean. I live near Tiny so wanted to give them a try. I started with my interior few months ago & was very pleased. Seats & carpet came out very nice! I was hesitant on the outside only because of a few bad reviews but took it back. Reminder never detailed the outside & 95% of the scratches / oxidation came out & paint smooth as if new. I would recommend. Price fair. Everyone's experience is different, just saying...Service: Auto detailing

I took my brand new car (less than a month old) here for a first car wash, and there was many scratches. I spoke to the person that washed my car and they said that it wasn’t them. My car was already scratched. However, since there was so many scratches, he told another worker and the worker buff out some of the scratches out. One scratch on my car is very deep and noticeable. They told me that one they can’t fix. However, I’m still disappointed that they scratched my car after its first car wash. I haven’t even had it for a month and they scratched my car!Services: Full body wash

I had my car less than a month and took it to get its first car wash here. I found a few light and deep scratches on my brand new car. I pointed out the scratches to the worker and they told me those scratches were already there. Given the fact that this a brand new car and has never been washed before, how could I have this many scratches? So they attempted to fix the light scratches around my car by buffing them out, but it barely made a difference. The most noticeable and deepest scratch was on my mirror on the passenger side. My side mirror scratch was definitely not there before. No way would I have missed that scratch!!! Now, I'm stuck with my brand new car with brand new scratches. I left unsatisfied and regret my decision in ever coming to this car wash.

2nd time going here, 2nd time having my steering wheel damaged by one of the workers. First time it was a very small tear on the bottom of the steering wheel which I shrugged off since it was easy to ignore. This morning, the worker must've been wearing a ring and not paying attention because the left hand side of my wheel had a long tear going down it. The picture doesn't really capture it but I can feel it anytime I'm holding the wheel while driving. They also dislodged a cover for my rear view mirror wiring. The early bird special is a good deal at $20, however, I most likely won't be coming back due to these 2 experiences. I try my best to take care of my car, I don't wear any rings etc. to cause the damage either. Very disappointed :/

When I lived in Long Beach, I would always take my car here and it would look brand new when I picked it up. I moved a year ago and I have not been able to find a car detailing business that cleans a car like Tiny's. I didn't realize what a great place this is until I couldn't go anymore. I still make it a point to stop at Tiny's every time I visit Long Beach.

I took my car today at 11:00 AM and paid $42 dollars for the car wash. They finished and what did I encounter. I had a pendant hanging on my mirror and I do not wear it on my self so I put it on my car. The pendant is an evil eye pendant and they finish my car wash and I noticed it was missing. The started looking and they did not find it. It is odd since IT WAS THERE when I gave them my car. They said that they do not remove anything but I saw it before getting off my car. Also my windshield was still dirty and my sun/moon roof is still dirty. First and last time I come here.
