I have known the owner for more than 5 years. He responds to all calls personally and he comes out or one of highly educated techs handle my issues. Sometimes I get get same day service. You always get a call back within 12 to 24 hours. TRA has built a strong computer system for my HOA. Recently they have taken over our camera systems. You can't go wrong with this company. Prices are very reasonable and they fully explain your issue and resolve it for you. This should be your one stop for computer and surveillance needs.You will very pleased with the services.
