Went in for a French mani pedi… the one that did my pedicure didn’t know what a French pedicure is.! Left my toe nails half done and looking like crap! I let know I will not pay for this it looks awful! The mani was excellent and done by someone else there. Terrible customer service, needless to say I will not be going back there.

The first time I came to the salon, I was impressed by the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm of the staff here. Not only is Tina very good at doing nails, but she is also very patient and pays attention to every detail when advising me on suitable nail designs. Every time I enter the salon, I am offered water, making me feel very comfortable. On cold days, drinking a cup of hot tea here is truly a wonderful experience. That made my mother and I both really enjoy it and will come back!

Overall very clean and the staff was very kind and polite. Extremely satisfied with their work. I’m so mad I didn’t know about Ohana Nails sooner. I always go here for manis and pedis. I always feel great and look great.

First time and it was a great experience. Mindy was awesome she went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel special and my daughter didn’t even get a service done. Very sweet and she seemed like she really enjoyed her job.

Cathy made my hands look beautiful with her hydro-pedology service. She doesn't have good nail skills but is always happy and enthusiastic. The salon always offers water when customers enter, creating a welcoming and comfortable feeling.

Derrick is a nail technician who is very good at dipping work. He took advantage of the situation to advise me on how to care for and preserve my nails after getting a manicure. The space here is always kept neat and clean, making me feel very comfortable and confident.

I will continue to request and get my mani/pedi services at Ohana nails. My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy! The store is clean and well organized and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves including the technicians. Loved the relaxing environment and the friendly staff.

I love the atmosphere and everyone that works there is so kind. The staff is incredibly friendly and my nails always look amazing. Really nice and friendly staff would deffinitly recommend Ohana Nails and will absolutely be coming back The people that did our manicure were nice and made sure they were not hurting us.

One thing I like about this salon is the beautifully designed and cozy space. Every time I come here, I always feel like I am visiting my own home. Tina is an extremely talented nail artist with a quick painting service, always creating beautiful and stylish nail designs.
