Super cute boutique and nice staff. Got my sister a small jewelry tray and some shower steamers for her birthday and she loved it. For a couple extra bucks they put the gift in a bag for me with tissue paper and dried flowers around the handle. Definitely going to shop there for myself one of these days!

***UPDATE!!!*** I am finally getting around to this updated review. I have not shopped here for almost a year after the owner, Karen, essentially let me know for the SECOND time, that I am not welcomed at her store because I was a rude customer. Apparently her workers there report to her that I have attitudes. I have been a loyal client, not just a causal customer, for over 10 years. In fact when they opened around 2009 I have been shopping there. To when I moved out of Long Beach to Brea, to Fullerton, I would make the drive for 40 minutes to shop with them. To supporting them during the pandemic and continued to show patronage. The problem is they don't have trained workers who know how to give service to their clients. In fact, some of the girls give attitudes to customers with an air of aloofness and arrogance. Not to mention errors between the online pricing to in-store pricing of items. And you better not let them know because that's when Karen gets pissed. She can do no wrong. I've worked in retail for a decade, and I've never experienced a small shop owner calling their clients out the way Karen does! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!I saw a review on Google where Karen called out a person who gave her store a bad review that they are rude. Maybe you are the person who needs to check yourself?!! I'm not shopping there to be in a relationship with you. I felt like I had to break up this toxic relationship by letting you know that I will not be shopping there anymore! in resounding response, she replied in screaming capitals, "THANK YOU SOPHIE!" In solidarity, so many of the customers who turned clients, have all stopped shopping here. If you are looking for a boutique to shop in the Belmont shore/Heights area without having to be traumatized by the owner scolding and yelling at you, go to Blue Windows off of second (Heather is wonderful!) or Prism Boutique (Dayna is awesome!) literally across the st at the corner from them! Much better service and even better shopping experience!

The best go-to unique store for my favorite things to wear AND gifts for friends and family. Love Twig & Willow!

I'll start by saying I love this place's jewelry selection, especially because they carry pieces from local designers. However, they really need to work on their customer service. This is the 3rd time I've been here and felt racially profiled. I seldom leave this store without purchasing something. The Bixby location does a better job at making ALL customers feel welcome. The 4th street location will not be getting my business again.

Absolutely love this place! So many unique things to choose from. Our clerk was super friendly and helpful. Walked out paying more than I expected, but it was totally worth it!

I love coming here every so often. I've bought gifts for my friends and my mom & they always love the goodies that I've picked for them! Although I don't have a huge budget, the candles, bath and body items and books have been perfect for my budget! It's just so fun to browse and be inside. Love the vibes here.

This little boutique is so cute and perfect for a Mother's Day gift or aunt's birthday! Candles, boho-cute clothes, books, baby clothes, jewelry, and cards, this business has it ALL. All the staff if super sweet and will talk with you once in awhile when you're walking around the store. At checkout, just let whoever's there know that your purchase is a gift and they will wrap it so neat and cute. I love the dried flowers they use after wrapping an item!

Just ordered two tshirts online & got my order refunded saying that one of the items I purchased was no longer in stock with no information about which one exactly it was. No one reached out to me to ask if I still wanted the one that was in stock and now both the sizes I ordered don't show up as in stock online so I couldn't reorder if I wanted to. Total waste of time and extremely disappointing as one was meant to be a birthday present.

Let me start by saying that I have shopped at Twig & Willow SEVERAL times and have always been treated well by the staff BUT today I was helped by the owner Karen and was treated HORRIBLY I order 2 dresses online on Sunday 9/12 for a funeral 9/18 it said online it would take 2 days for Oder to be available by Wednesday 9/15 I have not received an email saying my order was ready to pick up so I called the 4th st location where I was going to pick up my order and the person I spoke with said she would look into it and call me back which she did not and later that evening I received an email saying my order was available for pick up by that time the store was closed for the day so I went Thursday 9/16 at 11am to pick up my order I worked all day so my first available time to look and try on the dresses was that evening I immediately notice that 1 of the dresses was not what I ordered and I was missing the dress that I REALLY wanted at this point the store is closed and I'm really upset so my first opportunity to go was this morning I explained what happened to both of the women that were there they told me that the dress I ordered was not available ok then why was it available on your website on Sunday when I placed my order Karen the rude and aggressive owner told me that they are working on that she then told me that they are short staffed NEVER once did she say sorry or ask how can we fix the mistake so I told her that her excuses where not acceptable she then told the other woman to refund my money and get me out of her store Karen your the owner and this is how you treat people and fix YOUR mistake?? From a business owner to business owner own your mistake say sorry and fix the problem if possible no need to be so rude and aggressive especially when your in the wrong and for the record I did not get the other women's name but she was VERY nice and accommodating Karen you should be more like your employee and take a lesson on how to treat customers

I hadn't really seen my mother in over a year and it was my birthday. She came to visit me and brought me a gift from Twig & Willow. She felt comfortable going into a store to purchase a gift for me, which was a huge deal after everything we have all been through this past 1+ year. She bought me a dress and a sweater. As gifts tend to go, they were not the right fit for me so I went into the store to exchange. Exchange the gift my mother purchased for me - not a return. The salesperson, Emily, told me that I could not exchange the dress and sweater for the appropriate size because it had been over 10 days since the purchase was made. I found this incredibly odd and unreasonable. I asked her to check with her manager because again, this was a gift and I was just looking for the right size not a return for money back from the store. She called Marisa and I heard her tell Marisa as she went to the back of the store that I was trying to make a return, which was not the case. She returned and stated that I could exchange the dress but not the sweater since the sweater was a sale item.I asked her if she could help me find a similar dress in my size (they did not have the size in the style of dress that my mom purchased for me). She said she'd look. She never did.I ended up settling on a shirt, paying an extra $11+ and will now have to pay to have the sweater altered. If you want to purchase a gift for someone you love, go elsewhere or your money will be wasted. There are better options out there. In response to the owner's response:I know exactly what it's like being a small business owner. I have been one for many, many years (one of my small businesses is in the hospitality industry). Also, thank you for calling me but telling me more than once that an employee quit because of me is incredibly unprofessional, manipulative and unrealistic. It's your business and you can have the policies you choose to have and as a consumer, I can choose whether to shop at your store or elsewhere.Great response though - customer service seems to be quality at Twig & Willow. I still stand by my experience.

Absolutely love this shop. Well laid out, friendly service, and beautiful local clothing and products. Great when shopping for a gift or for yourself. They have clothing, jewelry, books, fun greeting cards, body products, candles/aromatherapy, and more. They have a few fitting rooms in the back. I got a couple clothing items, several pieces of unique jewelry, a reed diffuser as a gift, and an almond and coconut scented body lotion. Prices can add up but it's not outrageously expensive, plus you're supporting local. Will make this one of my go-to shopping spots when I visit Long Beach!
