The staff was very professional and nice to work with. They had the item I ordered the next day. Unfortunately, they only had one of two I ordered, so I had to go to another store to get the second one. Otherwise, they are all very nice and supportive.

Technician Sammie and Vet assistant Gigi F. Were super nice and provided the best service to our sensitive cat. They knew how to keep her distracted while vaccinating and checking on her gently. Definitely recommend this facility!

We come here to fill up our litter often for its convenience. Small location and not too busy. Franco helped us out and is super friendly and informative. Especially when applying finicky coupons. I’d come back again for the great attentive service!

Went to get some cat food and first she says you don't have an account here after I gave her my number, kind of snotty I gave her the number again sure enough as I said yes I do. Then I asked her about rewards for buying from the store, she accused me of not purchasing enough to get a reward and told me they also expire. I'm not sure I'll go back there. I might just go to a regular Petco.

They are having a good sale right know Sept 27th til ? on beds for animals (dogs & cats) and toys at Petco on Redondo Ave. They have a very helpful staff. If your a member the savings are really good. You could Christmas shop early🤗. I appreciated their patience with all my questions. Thank you, Petco

I come here fairly often. About once a weekish since I live nearby. But the convenience isn’t the only reason I go, the staff is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested a new type of cat litter and it’s been a miracle and a huge game changer. Things are always in stock and it’s also just a cute little local pet shop. Can’t say anything negative about this place! Happy cats happy life!
