Johnny was a great business partner to work with! He took care and time to make sure my international shipment questions were answered. Very professional and a lovely person to do business with.
Everyone in this store great to work with. The parking sucks, but the service is worth it.

This store used to be great, new owners not so much. One person working on a Sunday, slow service and closing early!

I love The UPS Store! It's centrally located on seventh Street and is open seven days a week, even on Sunday. They have a notary on site which I really appreciate and use often. You can drop off your mail and Amazon returns, make copies and even purchase all your shipping supplies. The customer service there is always on point and super patient. Special shout out to Johnny who helped me with my notary needs.

I usually come here for all of my Amazon package returns but I had to leave this review today because Brandon’s service was immaculate. He handled two other customers plus myself all at once and flawlessly. From greetings to being informative as well as patient. I appreciate the great interaction and hope others can use his efforts as an understanding for what the standard should be in customer service.

The absolute best manager, Kim and her team - always kind & respectful and always go above & beyond. Hands down best UPS store. It’s the staff that makes all the difference and the best UPS experience. It’s more than simply transactional service- it’s knowing and delivering the best possible customer service- on a personal level in a professional way. Despite this location being difficult for parking, in my bigger rig- you could not pay me to go to a different UPS store where parking is easier- I had been to one off of Worsham and- the staff there was cold and dry, like a robot- so, I won’t be going there again. Made me appreciate my store @3350 E. 7th ST) so much more… best experience- they all deserve a good raise ❤️

Paid a huge amount of $ to overnight a package. Dropped it off at *10am* and they guaranteed they would get it out in time. But UPS customer support tells me that the store driver failed to get the package to the warehouse until 7:02 PM and therefore it won't get to me until FOUR days later... at which point I'll be at a different address. I called them to get the destination changed, they redirected me to a different support number and said I should wait until 5:30 because it may still be delivered today. After a lot of conflicting information and redirects, I got to a UPS tech who said it's the store's fault for arriving late, and also only the store that shipped it can change the destination. I called the store again before they closed, but they didn't pick up. Now they're closed until Monday.

Some of these employees want you to do the work for them for amazon returns. I just gave them the QR code for them to scan and the item and the box they came in and still gave attitude for us to take them out the box or “what is it.”. The attitude or tone was crazy. Also, I don’t know if it was amazons fault but one of my returns from this UPS store didn’t get returned to the amazon warehouse, so I had to submit a request that I did return it or else I was going to get charged again.

Don't show up at 8am expecting someone to actually be here to help you. It's now 10 past the hour and there are four customers, myself included, waiting for an employee to show up. The store is locked and dark, and no one is answering the phone.

The white lady that worked today on Monday at 1 pm had no customer service. And that's all they have to do, but look at the reviews they can't even do that. They have no character, no class, just rude and didn't learn manners at an early age.
