The white lady that worked today on Monday at 1 pm had no customer service. And that's all they have to do, but look at the reviews they can't even do that. They have no character, no class, just rude and didn't learn manners at an early age.

I have used this store weekly for over 3 years despite the homeless problem and intense smell of urine all around the store. I live close and it was convenient. Today, I went in to send off my weekly shipments for my business and was told I could not mail my packages without having my ID present(My ID was in my wife's purse from our weekend adventures) . I have used this location for over 3 years and have a significant shipment history in the computer, yet I was still denied service. The clerk would not even try to help me, she said it was policy. Never once in the past have I been asked to provide an ID with over 100 shipments. I drove to 2nd street UPS store where they took the items with no I.D. needed. Terrible new hire that should be fired ASAP. I will not use this location again

The customer service here is ON POINT each and every time I come here! KIM is super sweet, personal, and rocks a GREAT SMILE! I look forward to seeing her each time as I come here often. Not to mention everyone else there is equally charming! Whether it's KIM or another representative, all staff are so kind and quick to assist me. I've been coming here for over year and refuse to go to another branch as other places are soso. This is definitely my go to UPS as I'm consistently pleased with the service. THANKS KIM FOR MAKINGE FEEL GOOD AS A CUSTOMER! THANKS FOR BEING AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT PHENOMENAL SERVICE LOOKS LIKE!!

The manager Kim really sucks as an employee she Don’t do no call backs when she say she will and not only that she literally will screen your call desks tho to me multiple times needs to be Fired asap

Couple years ago they were great. 2 or 3 different management companies later and it's unbearable. They don't alert you of your box renewal, never answer the phone, advertise they have a notary public when they do not. Act like they don't send USPS when they do. Seriously, get it together. Employees are nice but management is terrible. I pay $360/yr to be annoyed.

The manager Kim needs to be fired she claims she will call u back but she never a does and not only that she has the nerve to screen phone calls and not pick up the phone when u call her looking for answer about ur package she is really unfit to be a manager and I'm going to call corporate or the BB burial and report her as well my name is rubyn bryant and I do not recommend this store

I was told they close at 6pm, I arrived 545 and doors were locked. Saw employees closing register. When I tried to call they ignored it. I understand they don't get paid enough to care but I think if you are told by staff they close at 6 but then are already closing up at 545 then why didn't you just say 530 and save me the time from driving there

After over 6 months of filing claim, sending photos and being assured over and over they would make it right by Eddie, my late grandmothers cookoo clock still hangs there broken. Shipped in august 2022 packed by them made it here broken and no one is taking responsibility. Not even as much as a refund. Be careful shipping with a careless place like this who has nothing but false promises.

I had a package that was damaged during shipment and when I recived my check I went to the bank to cash it and it bounced twice and know I’m getting the run around on the check that was rightfully owed to me know I’m not getting know where and this is getting frustrating and shows lack of good faith on the entire ups corporation. I fell that because this check bounced they should give me a lil bit more money since I was being looked at as a criminal thanks to ups giving me a bounced check

OK store, but you need to find another UPS Storefor more extensive services, like certified mail, more consistent notary, etc.
