Terrible service and even worse policies. Staff was unfriendly and wanted to charge me $12 just to buy a box to return my boxed item to Amazon. The UPS Store in Seal Beach is much friendlier and way more helpful. They handle my returns with no problems or headaches. Take the extra drive to Seal Beach if you need to use UPS.

The notary here made a mistake on our form which caused it to not be accepted by the State Dept. Then they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and charged us again to correct it. Huge waste of time and money.

The UPS Store in Belmont Shore is hands-down one of the best around. Every visit is quick, smooth, and genuinely pleasant—thanks in large part to Nina. She’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled perfectly. It’s rare to find customer service that feels personal these days, but Nina makes it happen. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs!

Spiro, Eleni and the entire staff are wonderful! This is our go-to spot for Amazon returns, printing school and work projects and (most recently) passport photos. I was disappointed when the passport office rejected one of my son's photos due to a slight head tilt. We went back in and they retook the photo with no questions asked and at no cost to us. True customer service!

Thank you to the Store owner Mr. Spiro Beckas, Nina., packer extraordinaire and Cindy, notary and paper processing assistance. WOW what a team. I was disparate for help, closing out an apartment, and getting papers signed before a family member relocated out of the country. I live 3000 miles away and am so grateful for this stores help with all of my never ending needs. I highly recommend this store.

My mother went here to fax some important documents and the girl behind the counter lost one of the pages that contained social security information on it. She was taking care of other people and not paying attention to the fact that she didn’t enter the right information and was not focusing on assisting my mother who is 81.
My mother was so distraught about it that I had to come back with my mother to help and the girl was still dismissive, uncaring, and showed no remorse for losing an important document.
She had no customer service skills whatsoever and she didn’t care that the fax didn’t go thru and was not helpful in any way. She tried blaming my mom for everything that some how my mom lost the paper.
I would give this location zero stars if that was an option.
And if the lost paperwork with social security info is used for fraud there we will be seeking damages from UPS and this location!!!

This is such a great place to do business. They are all gracious and so kind. As a senior citizen going though a rough time, these young people give me hope. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you.

I don't usually come to this location but it is used by work. They gave me my package and it was wet and looked like coffee had been spilled on it???? They acted like they didn't notice. Why aren't they being more careful with the packages? And time before that, they lost a package. It's disappointing.

I was not home when a package needing a signature was unable to be delivered. The note asked me to come into this store to retrieve. The staff said it was not there yet and asked me to come back the following day.I then received another note on my door saying that it was the final attempt at delivering.I returned to this store and was given a phone number to call that was no longer in service. One of the associates then took my information and said they would call when I could pick up my package.They never did, so I went back to this store and the staff told me it was their final attempt and returned my package to sender.This is a joke of a business. The employees laughed and gave me the run-around when I was being patient.Unacceptable behavior for a business.
