I don't usually come to this location but it is used by work. They gave me my package and it was wet and looked like coffee had been spilled on it???? They acted like they didn't notice. Why aren't they being more careful with the packages? And time before that, they lost a package. It's disappointing.

I was not home when a package needing a signature was unable to be delivered. The note asked me to come into this store to retrieve. The staff said it was not there yet and asked me to come back the following day.I then received another note on my door saying that it was the final attempt at delivering.I returned to this store and was given a phone number to call that was no longer in service. One of the associates then took my information and said they would call when I could pick up my package.They never did, so I went back to this store and the staff told me it was their final attempt and returned my package to sender.This is a joke of a business. The employees laughed and gave me the run-around when I was being patient.Unacceptable behavior for a business.

I'd previously used this UPS Store for passport photos, shipping and printing. After today I will not be returning. I took in an Amazon package to return and they told me they needed to charge me for tape to seal the package. Who does that? Literally charging for about 4 inches of tape. The clerk went on to explain that this was an Amazon policy and not their policy. After literally hundreds of Amazon returns and zero packing charges, I can tell you that this clerk was flat out lying to me. I refused to pay, not because I can't afford it, but because I don't like being nickel and dimed.... you've lost a long term customer... i hope it was worth the 4 inches of tape.

I came in with a package not taped and they charged me $1 to tape my package…. Usually I love UPS stores and they’re very accommodating. This just felt like ridiculous money grabbing. I totally understand charging for a box/ bag but charging to tape is insane.

Most friendliest service ever! I’ve been doing business there since 2014. They offer many more services than just shipping & receiving. Their wide range of services greatly helps me keeping my business running smoothly.

I'm a regular and have a PO Box which is great despite the fact that I never get any mail and bonus no junk mail either! However I don't know what the going PO rentals are elsewhere but I was in a pinch at the time. Expensive for me but no regrets, another bonus is I get all of my Amazon and online orders frequently so it's nice they alert you when your packages are ready for pickup via text if you choose to. Friendly service, always helpful and courteous.

I was there for the first time a few days ago excellent customer service Andrew a young man help me with my package to be returned for Amazon my phone wasn't able to send any mail for some reason he took my phone and help me adjust my phone printed the label send it for me best customer service I ever had any UPS stores in all California you must visit this place locally owned the best customer service in any business in Long Beach.

This used to be my "go to place" for many many years! They got me through the pandemic and all the changes, including working from home, and I looked forward to going by - no matter what I needed - with a friendly staff that went out of their way. I'm not sure what changed but the staff now seems to be completely the opposite. I will not use this UPS Store any more and will not refer them to anyone ever again as I have over the years. They lost the "small town" feel. I needed a notary today and I am said to say I will go some place else.

Conveniently located on 2nd St and they have parking available for street meter parking, small customer parking lot behind in back of building, and neighborhood parking available too. I drop off most of my packages for shipping or for Amazon returns. Short lines and always great customer service. Also convenient for making my coffee runs during the day after I am done with my errand here and lots of delicious breakfast spots close by too if your hungry! :-)
