Because the owner personally helped me in a moment of distress. He was very kind and patient with all the info I was giving him despite some changes. The level of customer service was exceptional and will definitely come back to this store for all my shipping needs.

They need more employees! Anytime I come in, it’s a line with 1 employee working, which doesn’t make sense for a quick Amazon dropoff return! The line is literally out the door! 5 people ahead of me and 5 people behind me!!

Took average time. Clerks never smile, often seem annoyed. The manager was very impatient when my phone took more than a few seconds to load the bar code and the place was empty. Overall the service is adequate but be prepared to be made to feel like you are putting them out.

Today's experience was the worst! The new owner customer service was bad. I walk in there with an Amazon return. She looks at the box and rolls her eyes, prints out the label, and throws my copy on the desk. If they do not like working with people, they should not be running a business.

I miss Anna there the asian lady but she looked stressed a lot running the store by herself but a new owner took over and Anna still shows up to help the new owner and the new owner seems very nice maybe family owned not sure but they are just as great as Anna I miss chatting with Anna too we was so sweet to me. otherwise ive has great fast service there with Anna and the new owner too..

Just needed something faxed, there were two old white ladies, one of them sitting on top of the packaging counter chitchatting with the other lady, and a white man just behind the front counter assisting customers and who also helped me out. The guy kept picking up personal phone calls while helping us. The white blond lady with blood red lipstick kept giving us dirty looks from where she was sitting (the top of the packaging counter). When I was done writing the info on the fax sheet, the guy had just taken one of the phone calls and walked away, so I looked over at the ladies in the back and asked for assistance and this is how the conversation went:
Me: “hey excuse me, I’m ready to fax these”
Blond lady: “isn’t he helping you?”
Me: “he was, but he is on the phone right now”
Blond lady: “I’m sorry?” (didn’t move, didn’t attempt to help nor asked the guy to get off his phone)
When the guy got off his phone, he came and faxed the paperwork, took a second phone call while working the fax machine, another customer came in (an old white man) and the blond lady got up and quickly got to the front counter to help the new customer out, but the guy helping us ended up helping said customer out while we were there waiting for our paperwork to be faxed.
Overall horrible attitude towards customers of color, it took a lot longer than it should’ve to provide the service ordered, but I was glad it didn’t cost me as much as I thought it would.

My entire process of return was seamless and super fast and efficient. It was processed immediately and the lady who helped me was very kind and prompt! I had a good first experience and faced no issues!
