Employee refuse to print printing labels. Said it's broken but with his body language it's not. Then i said i can send the ile thru email an print from the printer he said you canmot do that. I told him i used to worked in this field before so i lnow. He is being stupid at bad customer service. I came a long way and does'nt care. He is bad for the company.

Sent a box of my deceased fathers things to Mississippi to my sister, mainly so my little sister could have the little brown wooden box inside... it definitely needs work to day the least. After paying $400 for the box to get shipped I surely didnt expect it to arrive like that. Called to get file a claim... been almost a month and they have yet to contact me or send my insurance check. The people at this store were very helpful.... but past that I will never use U.P.S again. Absolutely pathetic display of customer service not only from their workers but also from the company itself. Not gonna call a 1000 times so maybe having this posted for the world to see will prompt them to respond faster... either way I wouldnt ship anything breakable or valuable from UPS ever again
I did all that already 3 weeks ago. Hence me saying I am waiting on a reply? Or did you miss that part???

This location has lost 2 of my packages
I'm sure that they ended up stealing them as there was no updated scan on both items
I suggest going to the one in front of Lakewood mall

There is good Customer Service at this particular location in North Long Beach. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Prices are reasonable and fair. I met the new manager on today. He is very personable and professional. He is in uniform and working alongside the employees. That is impressive to me and that is simply my opinion. Sami is a hands on working executive/store owner. Keep up the good work. I am thankful for this UPS store. If you are in the neighborhood drop by and see for yourself…..Blessings.

Mary was able to help me out today, but Brooke is really the one carrying the whole UPS store right now. Grateful they both took the time to help me with my needs, I am very satisfied with their service and mutual patience. Brooke deserves a raise.
