In July a package was sent from this Pine Avenue location to Kentucky. When the package arrived, the contents of the package was removed and replaced with a Dr. Suess book. I immediately notified ups. They gave me their email address and hand me send photos. I spoke with Tom, the claims manager. He told me he would open an investigation and i would hear from corporate. A month went by, i told him i had not heard anything. He said he would file it again. I have called, left messages and no response. I called a different ups number and they pulled my tracking number and told me that a investigation was never started and they don't know why he lied to me. Today he told me my belongings had no value. I told him I was calling corporate. He then called my friend and asked my friend to tell me not to call corporate because they aren't going to do nothing but say yeah yeah yeah and then blow her off. This is truly unprofessional. Tom, the claims manager at ups on pine Ave should not hold this position. If i was a corporate company and one of my employees told the customer that a whole corporation does not care and strings people along, he would not have a job tomorrow. Tom, your phone call to my friend did not work. I will call and write corporate everyday. I will see if the statement you made will stand as Truth.

I stopped by ystdy am friday July 7 to notarized 1 doc, inexperienced young man with tons of attitudes whom probably just got his certification the day before could not figure out which part he need to sign .....he read again and again.I ended up taking it to the 4th street notaryQuick and professional and job is done.Reading the previous review there is a similar notary guy with attitude in this location.He can have that attitudes if he is a business owner after all he is hurting his own pocket.If he is only an employee, the management need to watch him closely Otherwise his attitudes is hurting the entire business there.

I didn't catch her name but I just want to say that the amazing girl (i'm sorry if I use the wrong pronouns) who helped me was not only extremely helpful but equally if not more kind. I couldn't even wait to get in my car to write how much I appreciated her because she was honest, genuine, personable and helpful. I had never returned anything from an online store before and not only did she not make me feel dumb but she gave me some excellent pointers to look out for in the future as well as a little shortcut on how to get to the confusing parking structure next door lol she saved me time and headaches and I truly want to thank her and hope she is getting the same treatment she gives because she is wonderful; I wish there were more people like her in the world. I came in around 6:10-15 today Thursday, she had a braid I believe, thanks again you amazing person!

I came here to get something notarized. Whatever talented, the notary got rejected. Chase Keegan was very rude and wouldn't help me to understand how to move forward and correct the situation. This place sucks when it comes to customer service. They took my money and refused the refund even though I showed the paperwork to support what I was saying. His lasicadasical attitide was disgusting and he should NOT be helping people. DO NOT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER UPS STORE

My very very very valuable item in my return package I was sending out was stolen from this location. When I dropped off the package she scanned the return label then took it and I wanted to make sure the package was going to be handled securely so I told the store employee that this valuable item was in the box and please make sure that it is sealed all the way because the label was the seal and it wasn't placed on the box yet and she honestly was surprised I told her what was inside the package and then said ok and I left it to her. Two days later I get an email from the company I was sending the item back to that said they received my box but it was empty inside. I am so upset and disappointed this has happened this incident needs to be reviewed because I am sure this isn't the first time this has happened.

I come here fairly regularly and the staff is always very friendly and quick even with there is a line, it doesn't take long to get help. I wanted to give a particular shoutout to Sabrina and Chase who have consistently been very helpful and proactive in making any needs go smoothly and without ever feeling rushed. They have built the trust that I prioritize coming here first when trying to return or ship something out. Thanks again!

They refused a package that I paid for to be shipped here because it was over 7 pounds, which made me have to file a claim thinking it was LOST when they could have just called me and told me it would be at Cerritos instead! This package was for my small business and it almost ruined my entire weekend! Will never be coming back to this location, thank GOD i’m moving!!!

I'd gone on vacation and ordered a gazillion items in a variety of colors and options from Amazon in preparation for my trip, knowing I'd be able to return them. Several of them didn't arrive prior to my trip and when I returned to the US, I had numerous unopened Amazon parcels awaiting me containing products I no longer needed. In total, I initiated 17 returns with Amazon. I thought I selected my local UPS store for all of them, only to learn when I arrived that several of them were at "Amazon hubs" near LBSU, which is not convenient to this location. So long story short, I roll in and the energetic and positive young lady (I totally forgot to ask her name) helped me sort through this mishap. She processed 13 of my 17 returns by individually scanning each Amazon QR code from my phone. She kindly explained that I'd selected the incorrect options for the remaining four items and recommended that I cancel the returns and attempt to select their store, if possible. She also offered to package up the remaining returns for their required fee but respected my decision to return home and package them myself for free. I wish I'd asked her name because she was really patient and helpful with me as I dumped a major return on her and made errors. She walked me thru the process to remedy this by looking at my Amazon account on my phone and walking me thru the correct steps to rectify my error. The best part is, I run home and come running back approximately two minutes prior to them closing their doors for the evening. In fact, as I'm hustling in, a male employee was headed to the front to close and lock their door. I asked him if it was okay and briefly asked for the young lady who'd prebuilt helped me an hour prior and he said she'd gone home for the evening but he'd happily help me. I was extremely apologia because I know what it's like to work retail all day and just want to get home. He reassured me a couple of times that no apologies were needed and he'd willingly help me. He proceeded to do so but I'd made another mistake. Three of my four returns required packing labels which needed to be physically printed out, unbeknownst to me. He willingly sent these labels to their printer for no fee by navigating thru my Amazon account on my phone. He went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciated his top-tier customer service!!! He could have sent me home packing again to resolve the matter on my own and rectify my own mistake, but instead he welcomed me in right as he was closing and assisted me without issue. THIS is excemptlimfied customer service and for that reason I had to acknowledge the professionalism of Tom. He didn't want to be personally recognized but he earned every bit of this positive review, to which I hope his management recognizes how much of an asset he is. Thank you, Tom! As I told him, there's not enough kindness and positive recognition these days...and I appreciate you, Tom!
